I was caught in a tight time frame and last-minute event, this catering company helped me pull it off and they made it seem effortless and the food was delicious.

From the time i first contacted until the final bill they were very helpful. They were on time and set up just as i asked. The onsite staff was great.

The food on our wedding night was absolutely AMAZING! Our guests are STILL talking about how delicious everything was. The professionalism of this company was outstanding. I personally dealt with the manager Marlene and let me tell you, she went above and beyond her responsibilities to make sure everything was perfect for our special day! I can't tell you how many emails we exchanged over months and how many changes we made here and there. Not once did she make me feel like a bother and everything was absolutely spot on what we had discussed. The wait staff were so professional and accommodating to our guests that people were talking about it during dinner. They really went out of their way to make everyone comfortable and relaxed. Scott Reese and his staff provided the most wonderful stress free service for my son's rehearsal dinner at the Garden Club of Jacksonville. The food was perfect, the venue was perfect, weather was perfect. His staff was so efficient and friendly, all I had to do was relax and enjoy the occasion. Thank you Scott.

We were very impressed! Great food, great service, boxed up our extra food, a great take away bag for the bride and groom, and cleaned up very well after they were done. Very professional.

Bono's was perfect for our rustic wedding at the Keeler Property, but they also have full service catering that is not BBQ! However, the BBQ was amazing. We ordered turkey, pulled pork, mac-n-cheese, green beans, and salad with cornbread croutons. The food was spectacular! We also had passed hors' devours during the cocktail hour that were great. They provided a bartending service that was great; they also provided tea and lemonade. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out! Debra was great!!

Bono's did a WONDERFUL job catering my wedding! Scott made sure everything was covered from the sauce to silverware. They made sure all my guests had everything they needed and made sure my husband and I had a togo bag FILLED with food. I could not have asked for better service from them.

Their bbq chicken and pulled pork was delicious! We had roasted new potatoes, green beans, and mac & cheese on the side which were yummy too. Plus they coordinated all the linens, wait staff, dance floor, lighting, and bar tender also.

I can't say enough good things about Deborah and Bono's Bistro. They made my planning so easy and hassle free and the food was amazing!! We had so many compliments from our guests on every item. The staff at our cocktail hour and reception were extremely attentative and helpful and were there to make us and all of our guests happy! I highly reccommend the au gratin potatoes! :)
