Executive Chef Amy Mehrtens and her team will collaborate with you and your partner to design personalized menus to fit the needs of your gathering. To align with each couple's individual vision, serving styles range from hors d'oeuvres and action stations to multicourse, plated meals. A thoughtful touch, the in-house sommelier, Lydia Kurkoski, can select wines for the reception meal and the team's mixologist, Alex Vines, can curate a bar menu.
