Magnolia House was the most amazing place! My husband and I got married right after Christmas and the house was decorated do beautifully that we didn't have to do any decorating. In addition to that the House manager was the most amazing woman. She was at times difficult to contact but she was always ready to help. Not only that but she went way beyond what was required of her. She even threw in some free food that was not on our menu because we were worried about some of our vegetarian's guest needs. In addition she also brought in a serpentine table for us and decorated it beautifully! She is such a joy and the house is beautiful in any season!!! I highly recommend!!!

This venue books fast! It is a BEAUTIFUL place to have a wedding. We had our ceremony in the gardens, and had use of the whole house for reception. They provided all flatware, glasses, tables, linens, chairs, tents, and some decorations! They also provide food, bartenders, servers, and cleanup. They took care of a lot of things that I didn't have to worry about. I love the fact that the bride has the entire upstairs to get ready, which includes a sun room that you can watch people arrive. The stairs are picturesque! I highly recommend this beautiful place in the beautiful town of Social Circle.

This venue was beautiful during the summer, but you have to have oodles of patience to be willing to work with them. They run their business just like everything else in Social Circle, GA - slow and friendly. The price was excellent and the discount with Blue Willow Inn made for a steal for the rehearsal dinner. They were totally willing to setup and provide exactly the food I wanted - even deviating from the "menu" at no extra charge. Just be sure to book early and be willing to call a few times before your calls get returned.
