White Fallow Estate

White Fallow Estate is a family-owned wedding and event venue on 12 lakefront acres in Buford, Georgia, minutes from Lake Lanier and about 40 minutes from Atlanta. Celebrate in the 200-seat vintage white barn, say your vows at the water's edge, and then stay where you celebrate: two private mansions on the estate sleep up to 36 of your closest family and friends, so the wedding weekend never has to end at midnight.

Open vendor policy. Bring the caterer, planner, decorator, DJ, and traditions you love. No mandatory vendor lists and no markups, which typically saves couples thousands.

Multicultural fluency. We proudly host South Asian celebrations (haldi, mehendi, sangeet, baraat) and multi-day, multi-event weddings of every tradition.

The estate hosts weddings, receptions, corporate retreats, milestone celebrations, and photo shoots. Barn celebrations include tables, chairs, and linens with setup and breakdown, highboys, a rolling bar cart, and the lakeside ceremony site. Come walk the property: tours run about 30 to 45 minutes, and we usually reply the same day.
