We had a family photo session for myself, husband and 4 children, 2 of which just turned one. She took the worst photo's ever. She cut people's heads off in the photo's, none of the photo's could be seen clearly, I was very upset and distraught about the horrific pictures and she refused a refund. We will never get another moment like that and our twins only turned one once. Beware, do not let her ruin the most important time in your life. I was so upset and still cannot believe she would not refund our money and to top it off she never even gave us a copy of the photo's as stated in the agreement so we never got even one photo to see if we could take it to another photographer to see if they could fix it. Buyer Beware!!!
