Blue Ridge Event Staffing is the absolute best!! We were absolutely blown away by the quality of service they provided for our wedding of 70 guests. We hired a bartender and server for our wedding, and they both went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Not only did they rock it out behind the bar and providing table side service, they bent over backwards helping set-up the reception area; made sure the decor was perfect; provided our guests with everything they could possibly need; checked with us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the night; cut and served the wedding cake; and helped break-down and clean everything up. We seriously cannot say enough good things about Kai and his crew. Thank you so much for making our wedding day perfect!!

We were very impressed with Kai and his team. He was very responsive and flexible to our needs. He also preferred phone contact over email, which I thought was a very welcome personal touch. He and his team went above and beyond to check our caterer ahead of time to make sure everything would run smoothly on the big day. Blue Ridge Event Staffing took care of our wedding of 140 people without a single glitch. They are/were the best. Bartender, Bar-back, and servers all top notch. I would highly recommend this service group. Planning was also a breeze and I would use them again, no question. Would give them a 10 if the scale went that high!

Blue Ridge Staffing rocks! This is my first review of a business on the internet because when I feel this good about someone I've worked with, I have to do something. I was referred by a referral to Kai, studied his website and called him. What was clear from the beginning is that Kai is honest, he cares about his people, and he truly enjoys helping to make an event successful.

We had a family meeting with 12 people, more or less over a week including 3 babies. Kai asked key questions in the initial phone call that brought clarity and organization into my own plan as he determined what my needs would be. He offered alternatives and encouraged me to choose according to my own comfort level. We went forward with an ease that seemed unimaginable to me.

In the end we had a private chef with an assistant plus, on one particular day, an extra helper. All 3 people were qualified, cheerful, and worked well together. They dealt with unexpected surprises such as mice in the kitchen of the vacation rental with proficiency and professionalism. (Every dish and pan was washed and stored to preserve hygiene.) They managed an interesting array of settings, indoors and outside complete with linens and flowers, and did so seamlessly.

Finally, we took a check to Kai. I had added in a gratuity and noted it on the check but forgot to subtract out a $1,000 deposit! I can't say with certainty I would have ever caught my mistake. Kai called me the next day when he discovered it!

I'm grateful to him for calling the error to my attention and returning the deposit to me. Over and above gratitude, I feel safer in the world when such high personal standards and character touch me.

I hired Kai for server and bartender services for a welcome party / rehearsal dinner we were having in Asheville. Kai and his team were early and had already set up most of the venue (tables, chairs, catering area) by the time I had arrived from the rehearsal. Kai was there personally at the beginning to meet me, ensure I had everything I needed and introduce me to his staff.

The two individuals (I can't remember their names, sorry!) were awesome! They pitched in wherever they were needed, were friendly, spunky and ready to help our party be memorable. I was recommended Blue Ridge by our venue vendor and was more than impressed. I highly recommend Kai and his team, you will not be dissapointed!
