We're a wife-and-husband team that planned our own destination wedding on a shoestring budget before Pinterest even existed. We know how much work (and hope, excitement, stress, money, and creativity) goes into your event and we feel honored to be a part of it. It is our privilege to be on your wedding team and we take that role very seriously.
With more than 20 years of event planning experience, we understand that no matter how organized you may be leading up to the big event, there is always that time where things can feel overwhelming. Our basic day-of coordination package includes an event blueprint, a month of unlimited phone and email support, our awesome event emergency kit, exclusive savings on Minted Wedding products, and more. But the main thing it includes is some no-obligation family for the day. From locating last minute lattes to setting up a ceremony a mile from the nearest paved road, we're yours for the day and no task is too big or small.

I am a wedding coordinator with a large resort up in Wisconsin and i had the pleasure of working with Jenny. Jenny was professional, organized, very friendly, and i wish i could work with her on every wedding i do here!
Her attention to detail was phenomenal, and the bride and groom had nothing to worry about. She even picked up lunch for the bridal party!

Where to start? Working with Jenny and her husband, Jeff, was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process! My now husband and I (okay, mostly me) managed so much of the planning leading up but when it came to the crazy month leading up and the actual day of, it was amazing to have help. Enter Jenny!
We had an initial meeting with her and Jeff early on and walking away we just told each other, “they’re just so NICE and NORMAL.” (It’s weird how that isn’t always common in the wedding industry.) She asked us great questions and always made us feel like it was our wedding but she was there to help make it better and deliver! Of course, her guidance and expertise were crucial into having the final day be what we imagined.
In the month leading up, Jenny was always there! She attended the final walk through at our venue a month in advance, delivered an amazing day-of blueprint for us and wedding party, was always available with a quick phone call or e-mail (no matter the hour…), and even led our rehearsal at a non-traditional venue. My husband and I had our siblings officiate the wedding and, needless to say, they were new to this. Jenny even took time to connect with the both of them separately – to say she goes above and beyond is an understatement.
Fast forward to day of the wedding! Jenny and Jeff were ON IT. They delivered items to the item, picked up styrofoam coolers for the shuttle (yep, we forgot), and set up the venue to PERFECTION! One of the biggest things is that she tried our friends and family with care and respect and we received so many compliments through the course of the day. Same from our vendors! They also kept our glasses during our reception which probably contributed to the late night song & dance party that our wedding evolved into at the end of the night. No regrets.

** THANK YOU JENNY FOR BEING APART OF THE BEST NIGHT OF OUR LIFE** We hired Jenny as our day of coordinator. From the moment we hired her she was always readily available to answer any questions we had, checked up on us monthly and made sure we stayed on track of what needed to be done. We ran our ideas by her and she definitely let us know what we really needed for the wedding and what we could forgo. I am an extremely detail-oriented person and Jenny was the perfect fit. The planning documents she created just for us, were AMAZING! And she was fantastic with response time. We had our ceremony and reception at the Genesee Theater on 9/3/16. Unfortunately we had an issue with our caterer 3 weeks prior to the wedding and Jenny helped us find a stellar catering company. Throughout the whole planning process you can definitely tell she was genuinely excited for our big day. It was very evident how much she cared about us. In fact, we lost my father three months prior to the wedding and Jenny was so wonderful on a personal level and helping us get back on track, as we had put the planning on hold. It truly was like working with an old friend! The execution: AMAZING. Until you plan your own wedding you will never know the things that go on in the weeks leading up to your wedding. Phone calls and emails are non-stop. There are so many little details that could be overlooked. Jenny took over as the contact person for all of our vendors which included catering, floral, photography, videography, make-up, ceremony site managers, chair & chandelier rentals and our live band. She coordinated with everyone as to when and where they needed to be while finalizing any last minute things that they needed to do. Our dream wedding was to be married and have dinner, drinks and dancing on stage with all of our closest family and friends. Jenny and her team definitely made that happen. The whole night went by flawlessly and we have her to thank.
