I don't even know where to begin! Andy and his team are the best. They traveled from Fort Washington to the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in Center City the morning of the wedding and helped my ladies (bridesmaids, mothers, grandmothers) and I feel beautiful. I must thank Andy for his patience, open-mindedness, and TALENT. He answered all of my questions and addressed every concern to ensure I was happy with my hair. He regularly cuts my hair and invited me to come to the salon for as many trials as I needed. He was very honest and genuinely cared about my opinions. I completely trusted him the day of the wedding!

Jackie is a very talented make-up artist and the sweetest person. She was extremely receptive to my questions and feedback and I must thank her for her patience. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend her services to any bride!

I truly can't say enough about this Salon. The staff is very professional and attentive to all your needs and wants. If your getitng married they will literally cater to your entire wedding party and have the salon to yourself. My Stylist was Judy Todd, owner and operator and she was excellent. All of my girls loved their hair and it stayed in place the entire day and night. All the stylists at the salon were great. It is such a beautiful salon and the whole staff is fun and friendly. All of my bridesmaid now go there on a regular basis to get their hair done. The Blue Lotus is a great relaxing place to return to every few weeks or so and It was the perfect place to star off my wedding day. I would recommend anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun salon experience to go to the Blue Lotus Salon

Gina Fox provided the most unprofessional service ever. She bad mouthed her co-workers and their children. She bad mouthed her previous employers and bragged of how she formulated a plan and had multiple staff members walk out on this independently owned salon. She cares about no one but her self and the price of her time. I will never recommended the blue lotus to anyone ever. She left such a bad taste in my mouth that it nearly ruined what should have been one of the happiest days of my life
