Blue Buttercup Photography is based in the Portland/Vancouver area and specializes in elopements and short ceremonies lasting up to 4 hours in length. Photographer Jess Kristen specializes in candid and authentic moments on your special day, capturing the real story and real emotions. With a fun and professional approach, she strives to show clients the love and passion that is evident in all the little moments. If you need any group portraits, she is happy to get those for you, but beyond those, she will not be directing or stylizing your wedding or ceremony. Her style and technique is very non-invasive, which allows her to capture the actual story of the day, instead of a scripted approach.
