Lori is wonderful and listened to exactly what I wanted, even after I changed my order a few times! The bouquets turned out beautiful, as well as the piece for our arch. She was also very easy to get ahold of whenever I had questions. She delivered everything promptly the day of the wedding, and made this part of the wedding stress free. She is reasonably priced and I highly recommend her!

Never once did I feel like I came second, with them the customer always comes first. The service was above and beyond the standards.

She worked with our limited flower budget and used her knowledge of flowers to help us make great centerpieces and focus our money on having great alter flowers and bouquets. She was extremely easy to get ahold of and responded to any phone call or text message immediately. I would highly reccommend her to any of my friends!

The flowers we ordered were NOT the ones we received! At the first consultation I was told what I wanted would be too expensive, so I down graded to fit our budget. Then the day of the wedding I called to verify everything was running smoothly...and was told it wasn't. She was already at the venue delivering the flowers but that my main flowers (the ones in my tossing bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, AND the ones to go on my cake) didn't open. It ended up that each one of my bridesmaids had only one main flower, no flowers for my cake, and my tossing bouquet was a dozen fully closed lilys! We spent the entire morning running around from floral shops to grocery stores just to get something to decorate the cake. Very unprofessional to not notify the bride BEFORE the wedding. Even more unprofessional to get paid for services you did not provide and to not even put in an effort to replace what you messed up! ! Yes the flowers that did come were gorgeouannut that's mother nature. Yes she is cheaper than other places around town but in this case you get less than what you pay for. I will never use Blooming Elegance again! She is not reliable.
