Cathy is SO wonderful-- as a talented florist and a warm, kind person. When we began searching for a florist, all I wanted from a floral standpoint was a bridal bouquet and wedding arbor, and a fairly minimalist theme for the other bouquets and centerpieces (mostly greenery/foliage). But when we started reach out to florists, some of them turned us away because of minimums or being "too simple." Cathy has the capacity to make all your wedding floral dreams come true, but will also never make you feel like you are doing too much or too little. I didn't know a THING about flowers and she was able to work with my nebulous ideas and photos to create my gorgeous bouquet. She also worked with us to customize our wedding arbor (I wanted garlands of paper cranes hanging), made us a dog collar, and never once showed frustration or annoyance even after we changed our minds 1000 times throughout the pandemic with our postponed wedding. When I was going through her photos, I initially didn't find a particular style that was what I was looking for (from her prior clients), but after sending her photos of what I had in mind, she executed everything so beautifully and better than I could have imagined--and within our budget. Finally, Cathy is so personable, responsive, kind, professional, and down to earth. Would highly recommend for your wedding. Thanks, Cathy, for everything!

There are no words to express how happy I am with my wedding florals from Bloom! I came to Cathy with a vision for semi bohemian jewel toned fall and colorful florals for my elegant fall Decatur wedding and boy did she deliver!! The florals were STUNNING and so unique. She was able to repurpose our church florals to use on the estate table at the reception and had other cost saving ideas. The whole process was very smooth. We found and hired Cathy from Bloom Floral for our wedding. From the start she was so easy to work with, allowed us to stay in budget, and was very responsive when we had any questions. We wanted simple arrangements for our reception, as our reception venue (Rhodes Hall) didn't need much. She heIped guide us on what type of centerpieces would work best. I gave her a picture of what I wanted my ideal bouquet to look like, and it came out beautifully! I received so many compliments all day on the flowers. I highly recommend Cathy.

Cathy was one of the first vendors I booked for our November wedding and she was great right at the start! I thought I knew what I wanted as far as florals went but when we met I realized I didn't really know. Thankfully, Cathy came prepared with a few books for me to look through and pick out what I liked. From there, she used her talent and creativity to make arrangements that were more than I could have ever dreamed of on our wedding day! Not only that, but she was so flexible and accommodating that when we needed extra flower girl bouquets 1 hour before the wedding, she made it happen! A quick trip to her car and she was back with fresh petite bouquets. I was seriously impressed. Cathy was the easiest vendor I worked with for our wedding-by far. She is very affordable and I got more than I expected for what we paid. I am so pleased that she is the only person I call when I need to send flowers to someone.
