I love this place!! The staff was so helpful and patient while my bridesmaid and I both tried on at least ten dresses each. The ambiance and professionalism are way worth the extra cost of the run-of-the-mill bridesmaid dress shops. I am so happy to be purchasing all of my bridesmaids dresses here!

Craig & Emily are amazing!!! 8 Bridesmaids Dresses, 8 pairs of dyed shoes, 1 Mother of the Bride Dress, 1 Mothers of the Groom Dress & a jacket from the Grandma of the Bride - they were accommodating to everyone's crazy schedules, gave their honest opinions, made sure everyone felt comfortable during a fitting and took their time, no one ever felt rushed during their visits. I have since recommended Bliss to about 6 other friends who are getting married and they were very happy. There's a wide selection of dresses, accessories and shoes - Bliss made this whole experience very enjoyable and easy, which could be hard with such a large party - but they did it and I can't thank them enough for everything!!!! I just wish they had a Bridal Salon for just Wedding Gowns - hopefully one day!!

They were very accommodating and friendly. Great selection and prices.. Was very happy with the service.

Victoria and staff are amazing! Second time I used her services, this time for invitations and mother of the groom gown. She takes all the time necessary to work with you and your needs.

The Bari Jay dresses we got for the girls were awesome. The tailor is great and we love Victoria, the owner! Also got my hair piece here, they were simply stunning.

I purchased my MOB dress at Bliss. I had nothing but a wonderful experience and would definitely and have given return business to this vendor. Victoria was great every step of the way. She has the best selection of anywhere I went in NNJ. She knows how to fit a dress to your figure. I don't want to look like a MOB in a bridesmaid dress or look matronly. Victoria new what style was going to make look fabulous and I did! She has a great seamstress that not only did my alterations perfectly at a GREAT price, but saved my life with my daughter's MOH gown. I can NOT say enough great things about Bliss and it's owner.

Unfortunately we had a negative experience at Bliss Bridal. All 7 of the bridesmaid dresses we ordered were at least 3 sizes too big and needed very costly alterations . Service was below par, calls never returned. One dress shipped out by the store was torn and stained. Only bright spot at the store is Craig who was always pleasant and tried his best to rectify problems.

I was impressed at first with this shop when we went to look for my bridesmaid dresses but once we choose one, it all went downhill from there. We went to a trunk show for Mother of Bride dresses and all the dresses were a size 6! My mother is not a size 6 and most that we're there weren't either. So, they couldn't try on the dresses! How are you supposed to get. "Feel" for a dress if you can't try it on. Then when the bridesmaid dresses came in, the zippers were hard to work on each of them. They said that this is "normal"?! Normal??? The manufacturer is well known and has been making dresses for years, fix this problem! Because now my girls had to be charged additional to fix the zippers. And one girls dress was messed up and she needed a whole new one sent to her which cam literally less than 2 weeks before my wedding! Not once did the owner contact myself or my bridesmaid. I had to get involved finally and go "bridezilla" on her! I would NOT recommend anyone to use this shop.

I would not recommend this vendor for invitations. At first they seemed friendly and willing to accommodate us with our invitation order. The first strike was when my husband and I had a difference of opinion on the style of the invitation. The lady who was assisting us asked my husband to stand outside (it was winter) so they could see what I really wanted. Once we got our proofs back and noticed the lack of attention to the details, we should have known to back out and find a new vendor. There was a lot of back and forth emails just to address the issues with the proofs. Then they were late in getting our order to us. They also failed to address all of the envelopes with our guests' addresses which we provided to them and was also an extra cost. Luckily living near NYC, I was able to find a calligrapher in the city to hand write all of the addresses overnight (an additional expense). When I called Bliss to ask about the status on our invitation shipment, the staff first told me they had no record of my order. Once they figured out I had an order with them, they informed me it had not been delivered (it was already late at that point). The staff had no sense of urgency and was not helpful at all. Definitely don't use this place for your invitations!

Wish I could give this place zeros. We ordered bridesmaids dresses last March and after that, this store and its owner seemingly fell off the map. Finally got our dresses, thank god, but after numerous unanswered phone calls and emails. Victoria simply closed the doors and stopped responding. Don't know if she ever reopened, but do not go there. Not reliable at all
