I cannot thank Blair Entertainment enough for helping us find a band for our reception. Because we were running short on time, I spoke with Jon Blair directly about our event and the vibe we were seeking for the night. Jon was attentive to our wishes, took the time to look into options, and called me back with a band he thought would be a good fit for us. He could not have been any more accurate. Suggesting Furious George Trio was the perfect match for us and we are so thankful for having the chance to work with them. They were courteous, professional, and so much fun! They paid attention to detail and helped to make our event a smashing success! Everyone loved them and the high level of talent and energy they brought to the event. I could not have imagined a better evening and celebration for our wedding and reception . Everyone! I mean everyone - the wedding party, guests, our parents, the Marriott staff, and of course Brent and I ranted and raved over RadioActive. Not only are they amazing singers and entertainers, and extremely easy to work with, but they truly seemed like they were having a blast and our group fed off of them! The dance floor was packed the entire time. From the first song to the very last! Thank you for helping us extend our evening with an extra hour. Our guests began throwing flowers to the band members at the end of the night! Too bad I can't post pictures on this review. We did not want the night to end! Everyone had a girl crush on the lead female singer, Brittany and the guys were a blast. I really cannot express how absolutely AH-MA-ZING Radioactive was! If we ever have a reason to have a band again, we are booking them! And, just as important as the actual performance, is the coordinating leading up to the wedding. Jon was flawless! We actually had a band who cancelled on us only a few short months before our wedding. Jon knew exactly how to relieve our stress right away. He was extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns. I remember him saying something like, leave that to us. Jon and Radioactive definitely carried out those words!

Awesome! The best I could have hoped for. The Band was superb at the reception at the Westwood Country Club. Everyone danced till the very end. Even the grands enjoyed it and got up to dance. The mix was perfect from classics to today. The sound was fantastic! They were set up on time, dressed perfect, had a vast repertoire, had their own sound man for mix and volume control and kept the hits rolling. The band also uses tracks to enlarge the live musicians on bigger pieces which enhanced the sound (horns, strings, etc.) They are true professionals and know how to do the wedding gig. I honestly can not think of one minus for the review.
As a bonus, the band leader, John Blair, also functioned as the announcer and master of ceremonies. He was perfect! He projected the right amount of energy, happiness, eloquence and kept everything going at a smooth pace without being too chatty. He perfectly focused the wedding on the bride and groom, the family, and the guests.
I recommend this band without reservation. Just book the band!

We hired Radioactive to perform at our wedding on May 10, 2014, and we couldn't be happier. The band was awesome, and the dance floor was packed all night with guests of all ages. They were so much fun, and I keep getting compliments from guests about how great the band was.

The customer service was top notch, and Jon Blair was extremely courteous and helpful. He was always available to answer questions and promptly responded to any questions and requests I had, no matter how minor. At the wedding, he took the time to explain to the entire bridal party how the entrances would work and verified the pronunciation of each bridal party member's name. They announced when our cookie table was open in a separate cocktail room, so all of our guests could enjoy it. Overall, Radioactive and Jon Blair were wonderful and professional and took care of things that I never would have thought of. I highly recommend them.

We recently used Blair for a video booth for our wedding. Most of our guests had never seen one before and I will say it was the hit of the night. The person who ran the video booth was extremely helpful and charismatic. He was helping everyone think of funny moves and props to make the video better. Jon was extremely helpful in planning this as well. He was extremely accommodating and even helped with a backdrop we had made for the booth. I can't wait to see the final video as the clips are hilarious already!

BEWARE!!! This band brought a wedding crasher to our wedding!

The band was RadioNow and performed at our wedding reception on 6/29/13 at The Westin in Columbus, OH. I must admit that the band was fantastic. The music was great and guests had fun. However, none of this excuses the wedding crasher...

Apparently, the lead singer brought her sister along. This sister ate our food and drank our alcohol all night long. She hit on my friends' husbands and told lies about how she knew me. I thought she looked unfamiliar but let it go...Around 1030 pm the stories she was telling got back to me and she had to be escorted out by secuirty.

After returning from our henymoon and opening gifts we found opened cards with missing money inside. We can't prove anything but it was obviously this person... The staff was reliable and she was the only uninvited person.

The band refused to give us a full refund and is now refusing to reimburse us the cost per plate for all the food and liquor she consumed.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
