We hired Black Pearl Limousine for our wedding day transportation. We had 3 different shuttle busses going to 3 separate hotels, a white stretch limo that picked up the bridal party from where we got ready at the hotel, to a first look location and then the wedding venue, and a black “getaway” car for the bride and groom at the end of the night. Both the limo and getaway car had the most professional drivers who were always on time, they even rolled out a red carpet for us which was very fun. The limo was so pretty and so fun, the girls and I were playing music and dancing and it was a great start to the party! Our guests also had positive things to say about the shuttles, everyone was on time to the ceremony so that was a huge plus. Darah has been doing this for a while so she is extremely organized and knows our wedding venue extremely well, I didn’t have to think about a single logistic the day of the wedding. Any communication day of went to my MOH who had a very easy time managing that. While planning everything out, the team at PBL was so kind and responsive, they answered all our calls and emails and helped calm all our worries and plan everything. It was all executed flawlessly and I couldn’t be happier. The only thing to mention would be Darah’s team could be trained a little better, as good as the service was and as much as they tried helping us, it was ultimately Darah who was the most experienced so talking directly with her was always more helpful. It required a few extra calls and planning on our end to get everything locked down. But overall everything was still perfect so this is only a minor nitpick. Thank you all so much!!

They were able to accommodate all our guests (120+) and were extremely professional through the entire process. We would definitely recommend them.

Darah at Black Pearl was fantastic to work with. She knew exactly how to schedule the weekend to get the job done. We used them for both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding, and everything was on time, and clean. The drivers were professional as well!

They responded quickly, stayed late when I needed them. The town car that we used wasn't anything WOW, but worked just right for us. We just wish they had more options to pay, like in check. Otherwise, their service was great for our wedding.

We got them to pick us up at Fort Lauderdale airport he was late rude and the limo that picked us up was old and beat up felt like the transmission was going to fall out I will never again use them
