Black Dog Photo Co. is a premier wedding and portrait studio based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Our mission is to be a fun and attentive photography studio specializing in high quality portraiture.

Overall, we're passionate about everything life has to offer. Especially when when viewing it through our camera's lens. We've spent the last sixteen years learning and perfecting our wedding photography. Ryan loves bringing studio lighting on location for a unique look, and taking advantage of beautiful locations to create epic panoramas. Ashley works hard to capture the emotion of a wedding day in a photo-journalistic style, while not interrupting the moment. Her ability to create beautiful compositions utilizing the details of the dress is truly unique.

Our job allows us to capture, and preserve, some of the most important moments in a person's life. How cool is that?

Engagement and Wedding Photos

I have worked with Ryan and Ashley on multiple occasions during my sister's wedding, as well as my own. They are a husband and wife team and work extremely well together. They are very thoughtful and easy to get along with. They are able to perfect the lighting and angles of all pictures to capture moments that I did not believe were possible. They work very diligently to return photos in a timely manner and stay in communication throughout the process. My wife and I had both our engagement and wedding photos taken by Black Dog and we could not have been happier. We would recommend them to anybody as we could not have imagined a better outcome. Beyond being our wedding photographers, they became friends as well. We do not have a single complaint.
