After purchasing a Graduation Photo for our Son on 05/28/2017 from Mr Gellerman and being assured it would arrive by
06/30/2017 the day of our Son's arrival. I paid for the picture via Paypal and got a confirmation email that he was paid. Our son arrived on 06/30/2017 but the picture never arrived. I have had to file a dispute with Paypal because Mr. Gellerman has of yet to respond to email inquiry or attempt to reach him by phone. I feel I was given his word to meet our desired time frame. As of 07/12/2017 today, I have yet to hear from Mr. Gellerman. Being a senior citizen and raised in a time when a man's word was his bond, I feel that I got this assurance to get my money, then left hanging in the wind. After I made the purchase, I stumbled on to this site and saw only one other review by another of his customers showing that appears to be a method of operation. So far as I can see, Mr. Gellerman has only two reviews on this site, and neither speaks to a good experience using his skills.

We signed a contract with Bill Gellerman on 8-2-15 to take pictures during our wedding as well as engagement pictures.
We paid the full amount for the work as we were given a 20% discount.
Our engagement session was on October 1, the prints that we wanted were ordered a few weeks after that. Once we paid for our prints we did not hear anything for months, and didn't receive any of the pictures we ordered until the following spring.
Our wedding was in June of 2016 Bill showed up as planned. Most of the pictures that were taken are very nice, but there were certain pictures of the bridal party, as well as pictures requested by the maid of honor that were not taken.
Once the wedding was done we were able to get "thank you" cards printed by Bill and picked them up a few weeks after the wedding. After that we didn't hear much from Bill until August 30 when we received the bulk of our picture on a flash drive. Waiting for our wedding albums we didn't hear anything from Bill again for months, we would again call, text and email him regularly to check in on the progress with no response.
Finally in October I posted on Bills' Facebook wall asking about the progress of the wedding albums, again we wanted them finished for Christmas. Bill responded that he was working on our album and would have an update soon. He followed that with a extremely crude draft of the album, pictures of families mixed up open pages, and missing pictures form some of the locations we visited. We instantly replied wanting to meet up in person to make sure that the albums were going turn out the way we wanted, but Bill never responded to that.
He sent a few other revisions in The end of October but then we didn't hear anything from him again until the beginning of December. Again we had to continuously try to reach Bill and we received our wedding albums on December 20.
When asked what took so long (6 months) the only responce from Bill was "well you have them now don't you"
