So far I have dealt with some employees personally and the organizer a few times over the phone. I have had nothing but kindness and helpfulness from them. I am renting chairs for my wedding from them and the prices are reasonable. They have a couple options to choose from and they were prompt with getting back to me each time I called, despite being busy with a Christmas tree business as well. Everyone I have talked to has been friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the courtesy they extend and their willingness to help me figure out what I need.

Big Tent made our wedding look beautiful! Our wedding took place at a formal garden, and seeing the white wooden chairs on the grass and seeing the big picture was a beautiful sight. Their services helped us to have an extra table and some tablecloths that looked very white. We didn't have to worry about setting up chairs on our wedding day, and in pictures, they looked gorgeous. I highly recommend this vendor to anyone who's looking for a professional rental service.

We rented our chairs and table cloths from them. Everything looked nice. They came out and set everything up on time and came back and tore down at their promised time. The delux chairs we rented were priced at 3.50 per chair and the table cloths were 8.50 per table. They never picked up when we called but if you leave a message they called back within five minutes or so. This was not my favorite business to work with but we could not find anyone else in this small town
