Very friendly and explained the differences between the different tents they rented. Prices were the best that could be found online. Came at the time we wanted them to be there, set it up within 45 minutes, and came back to tear it down when we wanted. Thanks!

We booked Big T Tents for my wedding and they set up a 30'x30' tent with no stakes on a patio for us. Their quote was well below competitors and the tent worked very well for what we needed- a cocktail hour out of the wind. We also rented a few sets of string lights and those were very very important because we didn't have sides with windows. Part of what made Big T so competitive was that they did not take down the tent until Monday and so we didn't pay overtime for the labor. If you plan to book them this is something to ask about as I needed to clear it with my venue to keep the tent up for an extra day and half.

I would NOT recommend Big T Tents to anyone unless you want to ruin your event. I hired them to set up a 100 x 30 tent for wedding. They did a terrible job. Their tent had holes in it, and their sidewalls were not installed properly. ( They admitted about sidewalls). I spent near about $3,000, but they ruined the event. The tent was leaking and dripping water on chairs and tables. It was very embarrassing in front of relatives and community. I called them right away, and they told me to take pictures. I did so, and they said they’re talking to their insurance company. Now, they denied to refund the money. I have evidence on tape and also have witnesses. I’m planning on getting legal help. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR EVENT.

This place is awful. My place of employment rented from this company and we received horrible service. We rented chairs and tables and in order for them to set the chairs/tables up you had to rent a tent for $300 extra, so we did. On the day we were to receive our rentals, it was pouring down rain. The company dropped off the chairs, tables, and tent, set up the tent then left. Not only did they not set up like they were supposed to, but they left everything in the rain. They brought the tables with mud all over them which we cleaned for them, and one of the legs on the tables was held together with tape. We called and asked them to come back and they said they would call them to come back and then give us a call back. Never received a call, and no one ever came to set up. We set up and tore everything down in the rain. This place made it seem like they would make your event run much smoother but in reality all they did was make everything harder and create more issues during our event. Poor quality. Gary, whom we spoke with on the phone offered no sympathy or apology. All he did was laugh and charge us full price for what we did not receive. If you want your event to run smoothly, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We have worked with Big T Tents on many occasions but this past one will be our last. They were to SET UP the tent, tables and chairs. They only set up the tent and just left the tables and chairs for us to do, when I specifically asked that they be set up for us. When setting them up, we realized one table was broken and held together with tape, and the rest were covered in mud. After scrubbing them ourselves, we called to let them know of our experience and they laughed at us saying that they didn't see an issue. Please rethink investing in their services unless you are prepared for an embarrassment and a lot of work on your part!!
