Grotesque! My fiance and I went here for an engagement ring. Shortly after the sales rep Christy used his number to send him seductive messages and ask my fiance out. Mind you she's twice our age. When I showed management her texts they did nothing and called it a personal matter. Do not go here!

This place is an absolute joke! Nikki is the shady seller....don't be fooled by their "discount prices," they illegally don't tell you those diamonds are "color enhanced" and quick talk you so fast when you signed the papers and look at the bogus "appraisal company: Associated Gemological Laborotaory (AGL)" helps to secure a price on a diamond that is not accurate....ask to see the papers before you sign the dotted line because they just leave that huge portion out until you sign which means you're screwed with a worthless diamond. Take their diamonds to any jeweler and they just laugh....pretty sad after taking my worthless engagement ring to many (10 different jewelers-private, jewelry mart in Glendale and downtown LA, chain store: Zales, Robyn brothers) and the center diamond, which doesn't match the dimensions of the appraisal sheet, just turn me away or say I'll give you a few hundred, when I spent almost $6k for it makes me sick that businesses like this don't get caught and out in jail. This is braking the law, shame! They are supposed to divulge to you before you sign the dotted line that your diamond is color enhanced, so buyer beware!!!!!
