Sherry from the moment I met her, she told me that she’s going to make my day magical! Every meeting I showed her my vision and exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. I had a winter wonderland and it wouldn’t have been possible without her and her team. The big day arrived and when I saw everything my heart dropped. She literally executed my vision to the T!! It couldn’t have been more perfect. People are still talking about my wedding and how magical is was! The decorations flowers just everything was out of this world. Words can’t express how grateful I am. Book her now!! I promise you won’t regret it!

Sherry is wonderful to work with - she is very receptive to your ideas and does a great job bringing them to life! The bouquets and centerpieces for my wedding turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Bettis to anyone looking for a wedding florist!

We booked our reception at the Marriott City Center in Pittsburgh and their package included the centerpieces from Bettis Floral. I was shown some of her work through a book at the hotel and decided to have Sherry do my bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages. During our first meeting I shared my ideas and she helped guide me on linen selections. I wanted an all white romantic feel for my reception and Sherry definitely helped me accomplish that! Everyone loved the flowers and was thrilled that they were able to take the centerpieces home! My family members still had our centerpieces on display a week after the wedding! I would definitely recommend Sherry and Bettis Floral for your wedding!

I worked with Sherri and she's so great! She was so patient with me especially since I contacted her late in the planning stage after my previous florist did not work out. I cried when I saw my bouquet and cried harder when I walked into the ceremony site prior to the guests arriving! The flowers just blew me away! Everything turned out more beautiful that I could have ever imagined!!

I was beyond ecstatic when I saw my flowers!!! They were incredible! Sherri worked so long and hard and was so patient with me in the planning process (especially since I contacted her kind of late!). Everything was great and I coulnd't recomment her enough!

Our wedding guest could not say enough of how beautiful the flowers were for the ceremony and reception. The only complaint would be the wristband beads were very cheap. I have had flower wristbands before and had beautiful pearls as the wristband.

Flowers were beautiful but not what we had agreed on and did not look like my sample meeting. Very disorganized. She took months to reply to emails, had to reschedule multiple times to meet

We did linens and chair covers through them. Honestly the chair covers were stunning, we did the stretch covers with sequin bands but I saw them online to buy for the exact price they were renting them for so I should have just bought them and sold them later to make some money back. I went with them because I wanted it to be easy but it was anything but easy. You have to email them about 3 times and then try calling them twice just to get a response. I gave the lady my order 5 times in emails and she kept messing it up. I paid $65 for a sparkly cake table table cloth and the day of my wedding it showed up in the wrong color and there was nothing at that point they could do. Honestly I wouldn't use them again.

Sherry disappointed us beyond words. We used her for our wedding florals and I wish we went with another vendor. It’s been 3 weeks since our wedding and I cannot stop crying about how terrible Sherry treated our wedding day. All of our photos and videos came back from our day and it’s absolutely ruined by Sherry’s lack of professionalism and quality. She was difficult to work with as her communication needs to be improved, but we decided to look past that as she was the preferred vendor from our Venue. We were excited to work with her throughout the planning process but on the day of our wedding, it was a huge disappointment. Overall, we paid +$1,600 for an incomplete sweetheart table, six bare tables with no centerpieces, no bouquet for the bouquet toss, no corsages for our grandparents. Please reconsider.

The absolute worst vendor I have worked with. They didn't take any notes from our meetings and ended up providing the wrong colors for our reception and the flowers were turning brown before the reception started. Instead of apologizing, she blamed me and told me she is just a simple florist.
