Bethaney was our engagement and wedding photographer this past fall and we couldn't be happier with her work! She was professional, polite, and such a pleasure to work with- not to mention an amazing photographer! She eliminated any stress we had and made it a fun, easy experience. We had a laundry list of images we wanted captured and Bethaney was so patient and eager to get everything we wanted. Our photos are absolutely everything we wanted and more!! Highly recommend!

Bethaney was beyond amazing to work with! We did our engagement and wedding pictures with her and they turned out better than I can imagine! She will definitely be the person I suggest to other ppl who need a photographer and I will 100% use her for future photography needs!

Bethaney Martin made my wedding day complete as our photographer. Without her, my husband and I wouldn't have felt as comfortable taking our photos together. She captured who we are as a couple, companions, friends....she was able to bring out a level of comfort and intimacy that I am convinced no other professional could have. When one of my best friends saw our photos for the first time she said that she had never seen me look so truly happy and that the love between my husband and I was shining through the pictures. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for true professionalism and both beautifully posed and gorgeous candid pictures. I should also add that the speed at which I received my prints once ordered was surprisingly quick and the quality was just what I'd expect from the whole experience. I gave all of my family photos of the wedding for Christmas and they loved them! I'll be contacting the company in the future when we need anniversary and baby portraits.

Working with Bethaney at The Belles Photography was the absolute worst decision I made when wedding planning. I could go on for a long time about all of the issues she gave us but I will try to keep this brief. For our engagement shoot, she was a no-show. I spent money on hair and makeup and nails, and we stood out in the cold for an hour waiting for her. After about an hour we got a text from a random number with the same excuse many other brides received about her car breaking down. She also took much longer to deliver these photos than the contract stated.

We were supposed to have a consultation a few weeks before the wedding to discuss what shots I wanted. Bethaney cancelled this because of car troubles. She ended up only taking one solo photo of me, the bride, and I don't even have a photo with just my father at the church alter. Of course on my wedding day, I had too much going on to remember to ask for all the shots I wanted and the opportunity for these photos is something I'll never have again.

After our wedding Bethaney never sent us our sneak peak as she said she would within a few weeks.

We were supposed to have all our wedding photos within 45 days of the wedding. Bethaney proceeded to ghost us for MONTHS. Several times she told us she got a new phone number, we would exchange a few texts with us, and then she would stop responding and disappear. It was a constant struggle even to find out what was going on, and after we reached out to the second shooter to see if she knew more, the second shooter told us Bethaney had ghosted her too. After many months of this, we eventually got our photos. It took even more time to get the other products we had ordered.

Bethany is a talented photographer. however her communication and delivery time leaves us very frustrated. We have been married since October and its been very difficult to get ahold of her and receive our products ordered. We were promised our online gallery a flash drive and an album per our contract. We have received about 3/4 of our photos via the online gallery. We are STILL waiting on more pictures, the flash drive, and the album promised nine months later. We have tried reaching out to her about the rest of our photos and album and we have heard nothing. Again she takes great photos and took great care of us on the wedding day, but severely disappointing when it comes to delivery and communication.

2 years out and still no wedding albums or contact after numerous attempts in multiple forms. Very upset as this is such a wonderful time in our lives and after paying for the service she failes to meet her contracted services.
