Unlike most companies as soon as your contract is signed they start working from the personalized welcome gifts they send you and the introduction email they send to all vendors to start building a good report. Every package includes two coordinators and the communication so they can be in two places at one time really makes a difference. I have a pretty strict type A personality and am a “do everything myself person” so I was reluctant to give control over of one the biggest events in my life to someone else. However, I’m so glad I found and put my faith in best day forever to work with for my wedding. I needed someone to help me plan and bring everything together since I made a lot of the decorations on my own. This team of wonderful people went above and beyond to make my wedding dream come true. They supported me on everything from helping me find decor for the wedding to making sure that my bachelorette was planned. I felt comfortable the entire process and never once felt like I was unsupported. They even backed me up, calmed me down, and made me feel heard and validated during my final walkthrough at the venue (I was getting overwhelmed and anxious). Everything was perfect, well organized, and I couldn’t have asked for a better event. I got so many compliments on our wedding and some said it was the best they had ever attended.
