ATTENTION ALL BRIDES: STOP LOOKING AND HIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!! I have a pretty strict type A personality and am a “do everything myself person” so I was reluctant to give control over of one the biggest events in my life to someone else. However, I’m so glad I found and put my faith in best day forever to work with for my wedding. I needed someone to help me plan and bring everything together since I made a lot of the decorations on my own. This team of wonderful people went above and beyond to make my wedding dream come true. They supported me on everything from helping me find decor for the wedding to making sure that my bachelorette was planned. I felt comfortable the entire process and never once felt like I was unsupported. They even backed me up, calmed me down, and made me feel heard and validated during my final walkthrough at the venue (I was getting overwhelmed and anxious). Everything was perfect, well organized, and I couldn’t have asked for a better event. I got so many compliments on our wedding and some said it was the best they had ever attended. You will not find a better value for the services provided by this company! I will be using them for every event I have for in life. They’re so good, I’m willing to fly them all out of state for my next event. TRUST them with your big day
When I called Terricka I was a little bit overwhelmed with my planning and I really just needed a team I could trust to bring my vision to life. I thought I could do it myself, and I couldn't. Terricka and Asha's day of services (and pre-planning assistance) helped me tremendously. I had peace the morning of my wedding and throughout the day knowing this team had everything under control. I'm so glad I found and booked Best Day Forever - it really was the best day! -

Terri and her assistant were absolutely incredible. I provided them a few photos and explained my vision for the day. I then told them they could do whatever would make it look best when I gave them the decor and they exceeded my expectations. They made everything seem to run seamlessly. Their communication with everyone involved made all the difference. Our wedding would not have been as amazing without their hard work and dedication. You can tell they are passionate about what they do. -

Terricka, my wedding could not have happened without you! From the first time we spoke I knew my day was in great hands! Your kindness, leadership, attention to detail and time management was even better than I could’ve dreamed of! You kept me, my fiancé, the photographer, my wedding party and family on track and you made sure the venue was decorated to perfection! (And also even got my dog to and from First look!) I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator and it was such a relief to not have to worry about a thing!

Excellent service, from planning with Terricka to the day-of coordinating with Jasmine. They had it down to the t with details and professionalism, the handling of the vendors was great, even when we had some issues with a vendor it was handled effectively and professionally. 10/10 -

We hired this company and they almost ruined our wedding. My family had to step in to set up our wedding or it would have been an utter disaster. They sent only two people to set up a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception area, with full knowledge that two people could not do the job. Although the items arrived to the venue one hour late, it took 7 of my family members to help this company to setup our wedding. Therefore, even with an extra hour, two people could not handle the job. This business has no integrity and lacks good professional judgment. I hope all is well. We just received notification of your review and we always welcome all feedback for the growth of our company and we take all matters very seriously.
I'm truly sorry you feel this way that your wedding was almost ruined. I do believe that this communication was missed. We staffed according to the information that was told as it states in your contract 6 hours (3 hours of set up) (3 Hours break down) to give the team enough time to set up and break down. My team was there on time awaiting the arrival of items that needed to be set up and the items did not arrive until an hour and 30 minutes late. As my team knows to work with what they have, they did exactly what needed to be done to the best of their ability with the limited time given. My team members came to your walk through and you were aware that it would only be two team members if more were needed, we would need for that communication to be before your wedding day because we have a whole team that could have worked the set up. We've set up a ceremony & reception with only two team members before in past weddings. I even came back to the venue after working another wedding to help break down the event until 1AM with no family help. At Best day forever we take pride in making sure our clients are happy. As you can see we've never had a one star review before and are considered top pros on thumbtack, couples choice on wedding wire and other platforms. I do believe that there was miscommunication that should have been clear before the wedding. We are always honest, trustworthy, humble and respectful to all of our clients and at the end of the day we gain a friendship with them. We never jeopardize our integrity. We are a versatile company with a lot of experience in weddings and events and other services. We hope you see through this as our sincerity and hope you have an excellent life with your husband.
