Adam was the best!! He was so professional and pleasant to work with. He was also very accommodating - we hired him for the evening from 8:00pm - 11:00pm but the venue required him to be set up by 6:00. He came earlier, set up, hung around, started at 8:00pm and did not charge us a penny extra! All my guests loved him - thank you again and we can't wait for all the images. Another bonus, you can't beat the price and package, so much more affordable than many other photo booth companies out there.

This is a review specifically for the LA branch. Having a photo booth at my wedding was one of the elements I was most excited about in planning for my wedding so it's really painful that it ended up as the one blight on the entire day. First off, leading up to the wedding, Adam's responsiveness to emails was pretty paltry. We made the decision to pay the entire cost upon booking which seems like a mistake in retrospect because we never felt like a priority in communication. A number of our emails had to be sent a second or even a third time before we would even get a response. If that was the only issue though, we would have been completely ok with it. This wasn't the only issue by a long shot. Let us run through a couple of the lesser mistakes first. The photo strip. Despite our request to include the date of our wedding on the strips themselves, this never happened. The photo book. It was supposed to be a book right? This is what we understood. Apparently Adam must have forgotten it because all of our photos and signatures are on loose sheets of construction paper. My five year old nephew could have gotten the same results. The worst thing that happened though? Adam completely forgot about what day our wedding was. He had to be called to be reminded and was two hours late because of it, giving us access to the booth for only half of what we paid. This service could not have been more of a disaster. If you live in LA, you have a lot of choices. This should not be one of them.
