Shari and the Bespoke Designs team continue to exceed our wildest expectations with their insanely creative approach. Everything is one of a kind and truly unique. The great design aesthetic, and the custom and sophisticated branding from beginning to end made all aspects of our wedding experience feel so unique to the core of who we are as people, a couple and a family. You walked in the room and knew it was made just for us - colors, textures, invitations and all.

They just get it and then supercharge and go way beyond. Every little element is considered before coming back to me (something I really value as a busy working mom who knows what she wants but sometimes struggles to express it), no explanation needed with Bespoke Designs, it just WOWS YOU EVERY TIME! Better than our wildest dreams and always communicative, innovative and incorporating materials and finishes that my mind sometimes can't even envision, it's no surprise why I always insist on being surprised by the Bespoke Designs team. Their work keeps my life stress free, and makes our moments beyond beautiful - the finished product is always presented and revealed like one of our greatest gifts. Like their tagline says, I truly feel that they're always focused on, "spreading love through design!"

Side note: We got married and had a really incredible wedding during COVID. The amount of care, concern and thoughtfulness that went into creating a safe and glamourous wedding and reception was simply ABOVE and BEYOND what you could ever expect. Bespoke Designs gave great advice, and was flexible with the production options and knew the perfect vendors to bring in for every need, concern, including the bells and whistles. We are so thrilled and grateful to have had Bespoke Designs on our team. The rest is now beautiful history!

Absolutely loved working with Jill & her team. We had a budget for invitations and she was able to create something beautiful and bespoke for us within our budget!! The invitations came in on time and exactly as expected!! The papers used were beautiful and amazing quality. We received a ton of compliments! Highly recommend the team - it was a wonderful experience!

Working with Bespoke Designs (and Monica in particular) was a collaborative dream. The Bespoke team is not only incredibly creative but also exceedingly professional. After discussing my ideas, desires and vision, Monica would create the first proof and from that proof until the finished product, I was able to see my vision come to life and edit accordingly until the end product exceeded my wildest dreams. Planning a wedding was more stressful than I anticipated, so working with the Bespoke team was one of the few instances where they removed my stress and held my hand as we created beautiful paper together, which in the end heightened the entire atmosphere of the wedding weekend. I will never forget this collaboration; I cannot recommend them highly enough; and I look forward to using them for my post-wedding paper needs.

When we met with Monica I knew right away this was going to be the best planning decision we'd make for our wedding. Not only is the whole team professional, extremely creative, positive with excitement, flexible and prompt in all communication but Monica was something else. She was relatable and genuinely invested in creating not only our invitations, but also our "welcome sign", seating chart, and thank you cards, with ease. She really took what we discussed with her to create exactly what we were looking for: classic, clean, and timeless. She took her time, she listened, offered suggestions and ideas and was just as excited to see the finishing touches as we were. A trusted wedding design team!

Shari and her team delivered above and beyond for my invitations and stationery for my wedding day! Every single detail was thought of and great care was taken in each and every element of our invitations. We received endless compliments that our invitations were some of the most gorgeous our guests had ever seen, and many even framed the vellum portion of our invitation because it was so beautiful!

We were so happy that we found Bespoke on the Knot! We first sat down with Shari and told her our vision for the invitations. She wrote down a bunch of notes and even created a design with our initials for us to use throughout the wedding invitations. She brought all our visions to life! We were able to pick out the color, fonts, everything to help personalize our invitation to best represent us. I HIGHLY recommend Shari, Jill, and the entire team at Bespoke. It was great knowing we were in good hands and they were going to handle all the “annoying” aspects of invitations like the inserts, addressing, etc. They really made the process fun, exciting, and easy. Definitely give them a call for all your wedding stationary needs!!!

I’ve never met a more capable and enthusiastic group of talented women and I am so grateful for their tireless efforts and wit and sensibility in executing my wild wedding ideas! The ABSOLUTE WORST company and customer service we have ever dealt with. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! We came in for both wedding and bridal shower invitations, my mom, sister and I were so excited to start my wedding planning and this was our first stop. The designer and Liza treated us like trash, looked down on us, made fun of us, and acted like it was an aggravation we were taking up their time “oh it’s you again” when walking into our 2nd scheduled meeting, which we had to pay for. We worked with the designer and Liza who both promised us “hand made art work” and the final products were were shown were the exact items shown as the example cards in our initial meeting so no specialization. They were horrible! Plain, computer made, nothing special too them and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. We also were told after our first appointment that we were taking up too much time and needed to be charged $250 for a second appointment for a deposit. Which we said ok BUT they proceeded to OVER CHARGE and FRAUDULENTLY charge my credit card without any authorization or a receipt for MORE MONEY than discussed. They completely ripped us off and the owner got involved. Instead of parting amicably like we asked and refunding us for ZERO work done and distasteful and horrific service, we got bar-aided by her. My credit card company had to get involved to get our money back that they STOLE. And I found a more qualified, better quality company in New York City with amazing friendly designers, who provided us with better service and products for less money. I am not sure who the people at Bespoke think they are treating people like this, it was honestly awful to do to a new bride excited to start her planning for the biggest day of her life. STAY AWAY!
