He provided such a warm, friendly and safe environment for us to both feel at ease and help us be in the moment. We felt so appreciated and cared for. We absolutely loved working with Benjamin. Benjamin shot an engagement shoot for us and our wedding and he is amazing! He made my husband and I feel so comfortable during our sessions (we are extremely awkward and don't ever really know how to pose for photos). Not only were the sessions easy and fluid but Benjamin made them fun and quick. On top of all these amazing qualities the photos were beyond beautiful! My daughter got married this summer in Sunriver, OR, and through her own research found Benjamin Edwards, and we all loved his past work. As a photography enthusiast, I can attest to the very high quality photos that Benjamin produces. His work is outright gorgeous, both from an artistic and technical point of view, as well as being able to tell beautiful stories from the wedding day, while evoking strong emotions. When you watch his photos, you can see that he is a true artist, who loves what he does and who will go the extra mile to produce that very special piece of memory. If all you want are photos of the wedding party, family and guests posing, get a more generic photographer. However, if you want photos of this very special day that you would want to admire and cherish over and over for the rest of your life, Benjamin is a great choice. The only dilemma we have now is to choose from the hundreds of fantastic photos for our prints and books!

We hired Benjamin after going through his photos and deciding he had the moody edge we were looking for. We were having a medieval style wedding and wanted someone with an artistic edge that could bring out our personalities! We cannot say enough good things about Ben; having him for our wedding photographer was SUCH a gift! We postponed our wedding 3x due to covid, and Ben was kind, gracious, and accommodating throughout. On the actual day of the wedding he put both of us at ease immediately. Benjamin (and his son, Parker) are photographers that capture the whole story: the emotions, the scenery, and the joy in relationships. Their expertise shines as they can capture the natural beauty in every moment and can show the closeness of a couple even with height differences (we are 5'2" and 6'5"). They were wonderful to work with as we had to reimagine our Seattle wedding in the pandemic, and we look forward to working with them in the future!

We eloped and wanted amazing photos we could share with friends and family. He made things fun and easy for us, which I was worried about because my husband who is camera shy. He did not pressure us into things we weren’t comfortable with and really captured our day perfectly.
