Benchmarc catered my wedding last June at the Museum of the City of New York. Whitney was our event coordinator and she could not have been better! She was very attentive, helping us pick out all our linens, china, etc. and accommodating all our special menu requests. We designed a fantastic meal and our guests raved about all our food. Our hors d'oeuvres were all mini versions of comfort foods. The mini sliders and chicken and waffle bites were a real hit! For dinner, we had a delicious summer tart as an appetizer and a steak/fish entree. They were also very accommodating for several guests who were vegan or gluten-free. They were very flexible with our budget and helped us find ways to save when we could. The best splurge of all was the mini ditch dogs that we passed near the end of the reception!
