I selected this caterer since it was one of our preapproved vendor options. The tasting blew me away and Brian was super personable, which helped a ton. The Voodoo Shrimp and Filet Mignot in particular made the decision all too easy.
For the day of, I was worried I missed out on all our appetizers since post-ceremony pictures took longer than expected. But, BRIE went out of the way and prepared an appetizer plate just for me and my bride! And, food was also quick and at our table! All the information leading up to the event was easy to talk through and the day of execution was spot on. We would highly recommend BRIE to anyone looking for a solid dependable caterer.

I hosted a retirement party at the Bella Room because of it's location. It was a great venue and very spacious. The food was great as well as the service. Everyone that attended enjoyed themselves and I couldn't have asked for anything more! I would definitely go back to the Bella Room for my next party!

I would absolutely recommend Brie Cater! We used them for our December wedding at Lowertown Event Center and were thrilled with our experience with them. They were familiar with LEC as they have catered there many times, which was a relief that I didn't have to worry about them familiarizing themselves with the venue. Brian and Christina were so responsive and had wonderful customer service throughout my entire wedding planning process (which was a solid year and a half)! When we had the tasting with Brian, it made us even more excited to work with Brie! The food was delicious and the presentation was absolutely beautiful! I also loved how flexible he was with making changes to the food/presentation to make it coincide with my Winter wedding! The food at the wedding was just as good as in the tasting and all of our guests were raving on how delicious everything was (and how beautiful the plates were). The staff was amazing and so attentive to all my guests! The price worked well with my budget and the value that you get for what you pay is well worth it! Highly, highly recommend! We are so happy we hired Brie for our wedding - the entire team did such an amazing job! From the tasting to the day of, they had such great attention to detail and it was clear they had a passion for food. All night, our guests kept coming up to us and saying how incredible the food was, and how it was the best wedding food they'd ever eaten. Brie truly left our guests feeling happy and helped make our day absolutely perfect. Highly recommend - great price, excellent food and service!

Brian and his team were fantastic and the food was DELICIOUS. We have received so many compliments from guests of our 4/15/17 wedding about how good the food was! It's clear the crew from Brie works with integrity and takes pride in their process from prep to final presentation. All of the staff at our wedding were amazing! Our daughter Paige was married November 19, 2016 at the Semple Mansion. We were informed by Semple that they had "preferred caterers " we felt that the options given would be appropriate for our price point and guest count. We made tasting appointments at 3 caterers. Brie being the first visit, we met Brian at his Fridley location with the bride/ groom and both parents. He and his staff out did themselves, we were "stuffed" and loved every item served, it was a difficult decision to pick 3 favorites. We talked at length with Brian( who is the most genuine guy around) even told us late night pizza through Pizza Luce was a better value than them making sliders for us. We left knowing we would book with Brie and canceled our others tastings. No need to waste time when we loved everything he had. Fast forward to wedding day...of course the food was great in a small group, but what about 185? Well everyone was amazed by the appetizer selection (crab cakes, potstickers ,Brie encroute) and the dinners we chose. He lightly blackened the salmon per my request, filets on the medium rare side and the chicken wild rice...just perfection. We are continually getting comments about the food at the wedding , wondering who catered and we must have spent a fortune. Brie is extremely reasonable with the highest quality food and service above and beyond..he will go the extra step to make you happy. We are done with weddings but will definitely keep Brian and Brie on the top of our list for any other catered events.

BRIE IS THE BEST!!! They recently catered our wedding at the Landmark Center. It was a 300 guest plated. We were very nervous picking out a caterer for this big task at hand. They executed the food and service perfectly and the food was even better at our wedding. We had the Tuxedo Chicken, Baseball Sirloin and the Dijon Crusted Walleye. A big thank you to Brian and his team for making our day a huge success!!

BRIE was awesome!!! Our wedding food was cooked to perfection with their staff finishing on-site. The service was very professional and friendly, they looked like they loved their job. Brian is the owner and responsible for sales and he responded immediately up to our wedding day and was there to make sure things went as planned. I would recommend BRIE to any one looking for a great caterer for their wedding!!

We used BRIE to cater our wedding of 140 people and were so happy with the choice we made. Our guests were all very impressed with the food and service. They were so easy to work with and did an amazing job. They took care of everything the day of and made sure that it all went smoothly. I only have good things to say about BRIE and recommend them to anyone.
