My experience at the Pittsburgh location was exceptional! I knew I didn't want to have all of my bridesmaids in the same dress, I wanted them to chose the same designer and color/fabric, but I wanted them to be able to choose the style they felt the best in. Our consultant at Bella Bridesmaids helped us find a few contenders and had my one local bridesmaid do a little fashion show so I could see all the options! They have a lot to choose from, and tons of colors. If you're looking for a well made dress that your girls will most likely wear again, this is the place! I was a tad annoyed that while Bella Bridesmaids is a chain, none of the other franchises talk to each other...so my bridesmaids in Austin and Richmond had to go to their own salon, but place their dress order through the Pittsburgh store. All of the dresses arrived on time for me to pick up in Pittsburgh, and I had to ship the dresses to my girls in the other cities, since they don't ship store to store either...that services is an additional $25. Something to keep in mind, but I didn't have any problems with logistics or anything. My girls looked great on my day, and they all said they love their dress and will wear it again!

I had a pretty small wedding, so we didn't really have a bridal party. I just had my sister as my Maid of Honor, but it was still important to us to find an amazing dress for her too. When I found out about Bella Bridesmaids I was so excited to check out a place that was devoted to dressing bridesmaids. I figured it would be the perfect place to find plenty of options for my sister and we were blown away! The selection is fantastic and our consultant, Kate was so lovely. She helped us find a dress that not only fit the look for my wedding, but also my sister's personal style. She made the entire process super easy and my sister looked so beautiful at the wedding. For my small, simple ceremony, I purchased my wedding dress through Bella Bridesmaids. I came to my initial appointment with a specific Jenny Yoo dress in mind, and although they didn't have it in the store, Julie was very accommodating in helping me consider alternatives. Since I didn't find anything I liked as much, I ordered the original dress from Dessy through Bella Bridesmaids. While I ultimately could have gotten my dress on my own, I was very glad I worked with Bella Bridesmaids - everyone I interacted with there was friendly and professional, and it was reassuring to know that I was getting accurate measurements and excellent fitting and styling advice.
