Shipping
To ensure the highest quality services with the least expense we will ship items using USPS. We do ship all over the world (rates and special charges may apply). All items are shipped Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and usually ship within 48 hours of purchase. Please be advised that some items may take up to 2 weeks for shipment considering that some of our product line is handmade and there may be delay. In the event of such, you will be notified immediately.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Here at Beju Beju our mission is to make you happy. So if you are not completely ecstatic with your purchase please contact us immediately and we will help you in every and any way possible.

Please note if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and would like to return or exchange your purchase you must do so within 5 days of receipt. You may return your purchase, unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags for a full refund excluding shipping. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and please be advised to use a confirmation delivery method to ensure your package is received, we are not responsible for items lost during returns. If you receive a package and your item is damaged for any reason, please notify us immediately and we will replace it. Simply return the broken or damaged item in its original packaging with tags, please be advise that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and once again we advise you use a delivery confirmation method we are not responsible for items lost during returns. Then replacement item will then be shipped to you at no further cost. In the event that the item is out of stock you will receive a credit for payment received. Please note that all refunds will be credited in the original method of payment, and may take up to 1 weeks to process depending on the method used.
*There is no price adjustments at Beju Beju, so no you may not return product for credit of a previous purchase.
