Great People and Great Food

We cannot say enough of about the wonderful people at Behind the Bash. Jennifer and her staff were truly a joy to work with from our first tasting to designing a menu that fit perfectly into the vision we had for my daughter's wedding. We were lucky enough to not only work with Jennifer, but Ashley D was an added bonus.
The day of the wedding they knocked it out of the park beginning with passed appetizers to the perfectly prepared tenderloin to the brownie bar, boozy milkshakes and the going away honey-butter chicken biscuits!! Our guests raved about the food and presentation.

All We Could Have Asked For

Behind the Bash was recommended to us by our duaghter's wedding coordinator. I attended the tasting and was most impressed by the food. I asked and received an upgrade for one item on their menu. Their performance at the wedding was flawless and the food was delicious! They even made a go-bag for me to enjoy the following week. Jennifer and Ashley were most accommodating and easy to work with, including respecting the serious peanut allergy which my daughter has by taking special precautions against cross contamination of foods. I recommend these new friends highly!

All I can say is ACHIOTE SAUCE and yes I had to look it up to spell it. The good news is you don't need to know how to spell it all you have to do is eat it up...YUM! Oh did I mention Truffle Mac and Cheese. I'm going crazy just thinking about Rachel's food. Seriously I've know Rachel for a very long time and she has always been an over achiever at everything she sets her mind to. Behind the Bash is no different. Everything from service to decor is incredible. You won't find a better Catering and Events Company...anywhere!
