Jeannette's Delacacies and her team are fabulous! The staff is friendly and right on point. They are very respectful and always had a smile on their faces. The prices are so affordable! I have already recommended this company to numerous people! I've also heard they do catering offsite- not just at Beckett Ridge!

My husband has used Jeannette’s Delicacies as his preferred caterer for business events for more than a decade, so it was a no brainer that we would have Jeannette do the catering for the wedding of our son to his lovely bride. Jeannette helped us through the planning process, gave us great tips to make the wedding go more smoothly, recommended the amounts of wine and beer we would need and answered all of our questions, no matter how minor.

The ceremony took place in half of the reception hall at Beckett Ridge Country Club, and they did an outstanding job of flipping the room in under an hour while they also handled the food and bar service for the cocktail hour. The chairs looked fabulous all decked out with covers and sash. The linens on the tables were clean and crisp, the place settings looked elegant and they handled the cake cutting and pouring for the toasts. The food was outstanding and many of our guests went back for seconds.

The staff was professional and friendly all night long, going out of their way to keep the tables cleared and the glasses filled. Both the day of decorating, as well as the day of the wedding, they had a wedding coordinator assigned that ran point to help us with any of our needs.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Jeannette and her team, and how talented John is as their chef. We continue to hear from our guests at how wonderful the wedding was, how great the food tasted and how seamless the night flowed. We couldn’t be happier about how well everything turned out. To Jeannette, John and their entire staff – thank you, thank you, thank you! Outstanding!!!

We just completed our fourth wedding. It was our first time at Beckett Ridge.
When we walked into the room for the evening reception, it was just beautifully set up. Our whole evening was made so special by the staff. The appetizer bar, the bar and the satelite bar were so inviting. The food displays were phenomenal.
Everyone commented on the buffet and the nighttime view. The one side is all windows with a deck attached and the view was beautiful.
Jeannette (and the staff) is extremely professional and concientious. Made our event, a truly delightful experience. Thanks to you all at Jeannettes Delicacies.

Beautiful ball room with the lit fire place gave it a warm and cozy atmosphere, the room was beautifuly decorated with colors of choice, the serving staff was friendly and ready to make you feel welcomed.The evening city light from the over view of cincinnati was breath taking. And the food was exilant in taste prepared and cooked right from their kitchen to our tables. I will be a repeat costumer for our Cattering needs. Thank you Jeannetts Delicacies for all the wounderful time and effort spent on making our evant turn out just perfect.

Jeannette and her team provided the most amazing experience for me on my special day! Her staff was so friendly and accommodating of all my needs. Even some last minute changes didn't phase the staff of Jeannette's Delicacies. The servers were very sweet and always so friendly in helping us. I will definitely be using Beckett Ridge and Jeannette's Delicacies for all my future event needs!!

Beckett Ridge was a great choice for our reception. They were easy to work with and were flexible with allowing me to come in the day before to set up decorations. Although the building itself is not as modern as other venues, the room looked great with the linens and chair covers. We loved all the windows and the deck, which overlooks the West Chester/Cincinnati area. The food was also good. We opted for a buffet and semi bar, which we found reasonably priced compared to other places. The only snag in the evening was that I had to ask a waiter if someone would cut and serve the cake about an hour after my husband and I had cut the first piece. Excluding that minor detail, it was a great setting for our special day.

The owner John Gilbert was paid $313,000 for emergency services we preformed. Our invoice was paid by their insurance company and has refused to pay us and kept the money! This guy is a fraud! We have liens on the property and have filed a lawsuit against Beckett Ridge CC LLC.

Brides and grooms please do NOT, under any circumstance, choose this place for your wedding reception. We had to set up everything on our own, including linens that we're filthy and wrinkled, and all the tables. We brought the linens home and washed them and spent hours steaming them. Many of the chairs for the tables had holes and stains on them or were broken. Things got progressively worse from there. On the night of our reception we arrived two hours early and the air conditioner was not working. It was the dead of summer and the temperature was 88 degrees in the room and the air conditioner was set at 65, prior to our 150 guests arriving. The air conditioner never did work the entire night. Over half our wedding party left less than 2 hours after arriving because of the heat in the room. Not one person danced to the DJ that we purchased because it was so hot inside. It gets better. We bought two kegs from this venue for a 600 dollar inflated price. We ordered two different types of beer, so guests could have their choice. Well at this place they only had one working beer tap. They told us we had to finish one keg to move onto the other flavor. Unbelievable!!! Needless to say that didn't happen and guests didn't have a choice and we wasted a keg. Other than these major issues, the laminate flooring is bubbling up causing trip hazards, the ceiling vents leak water, and their were bugs in the windows. For a day that was supposed to be a special day, this venue ruined it for everyone. We attempted to contact the owner John through phone calls and emails and received zero correspondence. We will be filing a small claims suit shortly. Please stay away from here!!!!

I had my wedding here this past summer. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner (Jeanette) is the rudest lady I have ever met. My family and I are very respectful and kind people, and at every single meeting we ever had the owner never once let out a smile and just uttered mean things the entire time. Our first meeting was with one of her employees. She told us and promised us so many things and then once we had another meeting with Jeanette she told us completely different and said that her employee had none of the information correct. Seriously how can you run a business like that if you can't convey the correct information to the people that work for you. So we had saved the exact amount we were told it would cost at the first meeting, and it ended up costing about 2,000 more! There was a point in this specific meeting where Jeanette got really snippy and just said "you can go have your wedding some where else". That is no way to talk to someone who is being completely calm and is just trying to figure things out. She is the the epitome of unprofessional... and that wasn't the worst part. On the wedding day the room we(girls) got ready in was either extremely hot or very cold, no comfortable in between. Then I (the bride) had to go find anyone who has taking care of us for that day. I had to literally hunt them down as they were nowhere to be found. On top of that the curtain was broken in that room so people could see us getting ready! The men's room downstairs had no air conditioning and all of the guys were sweating
! As if that wasn't bad enough, once the reception had started and we were toasting, no server had offered to get our drinks and we had nothing to toast with for our first toast! Then the mother of the groom had to bring a chair over for a groomsmen that was not given a chair. The servers were outside smoking the whole night and I had multiple comments from guests that they were nowhere to be found! Just an all together bad experience, do not go here!
