Choosing Beaverkill Valley Inn as our wedding venue was an absolute dream come true - it's one of the best decisions we've made for our wedding. The memories we created there, the truly exceptional hospitality of the staff, the meticulous attention to every tiny detail, and the cuisine were simply out of this world.

Diana and Kaitlyn are more than just professionals; they're wedding day superheroes. Their unwavering calm and ingenious problem-solving skills are exactly what every couple needs, especially when facing unpredictable weather or guest-related challenges. They consistently went above and beyond our wildest expectations.

Chef Tommy curated a delicious menu and our guests were absolutely gushing about how delicious the food was. It’s rare that wedding food feels restaurant quality but at BVI it is! Every dish was cooked to perfection and was full of flavor.

The staff at BVI consistently exceeds expectations. Every time I encountered a staff member, they genuinely inquired about my well-being, offered assistance, and sought ways to alleviate any wedding day stress. It was a truly remarkable experience.

Beaverkill Valley Inn's setting is perfect - an ideal location for gathering your guests for a weekend getaway. From the welcoming front porch to the cozy fireplaces and the expansive property complete with bonfires to conclude your evening, it offers everything you could want. Our guests were constantly amazed, often asking, "How did you find this incredible place?" Their admiration extended to the Inn's staff as well.

Words can't fully capture the magic of this place, but I'm eternally grateful that we chose Beaverkill Valley Inn for our special day. We're already dreaming of the countless memories we'll create here in the years to come!

We booked Beaverkill Valley Inn in January for our August 29th wedding — quick turnaround, but it was the only opening they had for 2026 and I have been dreaming of this venue!

From our very first visit, we completely fell in love with this place. The venue is charming, intimate, and truly perfect in every way. Our guests have not stopped raving about the food — so many people told us it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Every single meal was incredible. One of the things our guests loved most was how much Beaverkill has to offer. From the amazing food and drinks to the ice cream parlor, tennis court, swimming pool, billiards, basketball court, and all of the charming little details throughout the inn — including the wallpaper! There is something special around every corner. Our guests were genuinely so excited to spend the weekend there, and it made the entire wedding feel like a true getaway.

The staff made everything so unique and special. Cheryl is an absolute expert when it comes to hospitality and events. She worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and rentals team to make sure the catering team had everything they needed and that every detail was accounted for. From the moment we arrived for our wedding weekend, the entire Beaverkill staff was a dream. Beaverkill Valley Inn gave us the most magical setting and the most wonderful experience, and we are so grateful to the entire team. I cannot recommend Beaverkill Valley Inn enough. If you’re considering getting married here, DO IT. You will not regret it.

We had our wedding at the Beaverkill Valley Inn in September and had the most magical weekend of our lives! We had our full wedding weekend at the inn, and every event was perfect. Kaitlyn and Tommy are an amazing team, and the whole inn staff helped to bring our vision to life and make sure we and our guests had a great experience. Kaitlyn, Mary, and Cheryl helped throughout the planning process and were very accommodating of every idea we had. Tommy was wonderful to work with on the menu, and his food is amazing! All our guests told us it was the best wedding food they have had. On top of the planning and execution, the inn is just a beautiful place. The inn itself is newly renovated, and is just as pretty inside as out. Everyone who stayed there really enjoyed the rooms and guest experience. We can’t recommend this venue highly enough, and are so grateful we were able to have our wedding here!

When we started the planning process one year ago, my husband and I were looking for a wedding venue that was elevated, charming, and timeless with a down to earth and relaxed feel, which is a difficult balance to strike. Once we saw the beautiful historic inn tucked away in a stunning valley, we knew that BVI was exactly what we were hoping for. On top of the incredible overall vibe, it was also immediately apparent how wonderful the people are at BVI. When we met Kaitlyn and Diana, it was clear that they were both kind and caring while also being incredibly professional and organized. We knew we would be in excellent hands if we chose BVI as our wedding venue and turns out we were absolutely right! Flash forward to our wedding weekend, everything from the amazing food cooked by Chef Tommy to the kind staff that made us feel so special to the beautiful onsite accommodations for our close friends/family was truly a dream come true. Our entire experience with BVI was an absolute joy from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend it to future couples more!

The Beaverkill Valley Inn is special to our family for fly fishing memories. Having our wedding at the Beaverkill Valley Inn was exceptional with the magic of this Inn and the hard work, dedication, and exceptional staff onboard at BVI. Diana is truly amazing, her communication, attentiveness and ability to take away all your stress so you can take a moment to enjoy and soak it in your special day was appreciated. Kaitlyn and Diana were an amazing team paired with Tommy running the kitchen and the most sweetest Lisa at the front desk. It was an honor to have our day and weekend planned out at such a beautiful location with such a lovely, kind and caring team. The best part of it all is we will come to the Beaverkill Valley Inn for the rest of our lives reliving the memories we created there that they helped to make so special. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. When we were choosing our location we really wanted it to feel like a retreat from the city and have people just be able to hang out and enjoy the weekend together. That’s exactly what we got. Guests were able to relax on the porch, go for a swim, hike, and just completely be present for the weekend.

As a bride without a wedding coordinator they helped me smooth over anything I hadn’t thought of and provide suggestions to things. I worked closely with Kaitlyn leading up to the wedding and she knew my plans quite well. On the day of I was trying get everything together and it was getting late so Kaitlyn just told me to go get ready and she put finishing touches together. It was perfect. I spilt on my dress and the staff acted so quickly and spot treat it that you would never know.

Lastly dinner was phenomenal - our guests still comment on it. In fact they frequently mention it as one of their favorite weddings. And it’s truly a gorgeous place for photos!

Whether you are having a big tented upscale wedding or a smaller more intimate gathering BVK Inn is the most charming spot around. We just went back with a babe for a two year anniversary trip!

Working with the Beaverkill Valley Inn was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff made various recommendations about tested and vetted vendors for everything including tent company, florist, transportation, shuttles, etc. We used most of their preferred suppliers and were thrilled with all of them. Additionally, we used their recommended wedding planner to assist and we couldn't have been more pleased. She helped us scout the perfect band and photographer, and was an essential part of making sure all was on track the month before and on the wedding day. The day of the wedding was flawless. Three years later guests are still talking about the food, menu and pprofessional service. Equally important was the beautiful pastoral setting and kindness of the entire staff which insured a relaxed and joyful weekend for everyone.
