Chef Tommy curated a delicious menu and our guests were absolutely gushing about how delicious the food was. It’s rare that wedding food feels restaurant quality but at BVI it is! Every dish was cooked to perfection and was full of flavor.

The staff at BVI consistently exceeds expectations. Every time I encountered a staff member, they genuinely inquired about my well-being, offered assistance, and sought ways to alleviate any wedding day stress. It was a truly remarkable experience.

Beaverkill Valley Inn's setting is perfect - an ideal location for gathering your guests for a weekend getaway. From the welcoming front porch to the cozy fireplaces and the expansive property complete with bonfires to conclude your evening, it offers everything you could want. Our guests were constantly amazed, often asking, "How did you find this incredible place?" Their admiration extended to the Inn's staff as well.

We had our wedding at the Beaverkill Valley Inn in September and had the most magical weekend of our lives! We had our full wedding weekend at the inn, and every event was perfect. Kaitlyn and Tommy are an amazing team, and the whole inn staff helped to bring our vision to life and make sure we and our guests had a great experience. Kaitlyn, Mary, and Cheryl helped throughout the planning process and were very accommodating of every idea we had. Tommy was wonderful to work with on the menu, and his food is amazing! All our guests told us it was the best wedding food they have had. On top of the planning and execution, the inn is just a beautiful place. The inn itself is newly renovated, and is just as pretty inside as out. Everyone who stayed there really enjoyed the rooms and guest experience. We can’t recommend this venue highly enough, and are so grateful we were able to have our wedding here!

When we started the planning process one year ago, my husband and I were looking for a wedding venue that was elevated, charming, and timeless with a down to earth and relaxed feel, which is a difficult balance to strike. Once we saw the beautiful historic inn tucked away in a stunning valley, we knew that BVI was exactly what we were hoping for. On top of the incredible overall vibe, it was also immediately apparent how wonderful the people are at BVI. When we met Kaitlyn and Diana, it was clear that they were both kind and caring while also being incredibly professional and organized. We knew we would be in excellent hands if we chose BVI as our wedding venue and turns out we were absolutely right! Flash forward to our wedding weekend, everything from the amazing food cooked by Chef Tommy to the kind staff that made us feel so special to the beautiful onsite accommodations for our close friends/family was truly a dream come true. Our entire experience with BVI was an absolute joy from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend it to future couples more!

I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. When we were choosing our location we really wanted it to feel like a retreat from the city and have people just be able to hang out and enjoy the weekend together. That’s exactly what we got. Guests were able to relax on the porch, go for a swim, hike, and just completely be present for the weekend.

As a bride without a wedding coordinator they helped me smooth over anything I hadn’t thought of and provide suggestions to things. I worked closely with Kaitlyn leading up to the wedding and she knew my plans quite well. On the day of I was trying get everything together and it was getting late so Kaitlyn just told me to go get ready and she put finishing touches together. It was perfect. I spilt on my dress and the staff acted so quickly and spot treat it that you would never know.

Lastly dinner was phenomenal - our guests still comment on it. In fact they frequently mention it as one of their favorite weddings. And it’s truly a gorgeous place for photos!

Whether you are having a big tented upscale wedding or a smaller more intimate gathering BVK Inn is the most charming spot around. We just went back with a babe for a two year anniversary trip!

Working with the Beaverkill Valley Inn was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff made various recommendations about tested and vetted vendors for everything including tent company, florist, transportation, shuttles, etc. We used most of their preferred suppliers and were thrilled with all of them. Additionally, we used their recommended wedding planner to assist and we couldn't have been more pleased. She helped us scout the perfect band and photographer, and was an essential part of making sure all was on track the month before and on the wedding day. The day of the wedding was flawless. Three years later guests are still talking about the food, menu and pprofessional service. Equally important was the beautiful pastoral setting and kindness of the entire staff which insured a relaxed and joyful weekend for everyone.

My husband and I were married at the BVI in June 2021, and it was more perfect than we ever could have envisioned. Throughout the entire planning process, which included navigating the uncertainty of COVID, Kaitlyn and the entire staff at the BVI made us feel calm, excited, at-home and prepared for all the details that come with wedding planning. The setting and landscape are absolutely stunning, and created an atmosphere of serenity for us and our guests. You can honestly feel your BP drop the minute you pull onto Beaverkill Road and as a bride, that feeling was sustained throughout the entire process thanks to how much the staff at the BVI care and how effortlessly they handle the logistics. The food was above and beyond any wedding food we've ever tasted and is more comparable to a fine dining experience, and our guests are still raving about Chef Tommy's chicken 3 years later. The vendor recommendations made by the BVI were top notch and we had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were extremely professional and friendly, and every aspect of the experience had a personal touch which made us and our guests feel relaxed and ready for a good time. We regularly hear from friends about how much fun they had and how special the wedding celebration was for them, which is best feedback you could ask for. The entire day went smoothly and we wouldn't have changed a thing - we only wish we could do it all over again!
