We had our wedding at the Beaverkill Valley Inn in September and had the most magical weekend of our lives! We had our full wedding weekend at the inn, and every event was perfect. Kaitlyn and Tommy are an amazing team, and the whole inn staff helped to bring our vision to life and make sure we and our guests had a great experience. Kaitlyn, Mary, and Cheryl helped throughout the planning process and were very accommodating of every idea we had. Tommy was wonderful to work with on the menu, and his food is amazing! All our guests told us it was the best wedding food they have had. On top of the planning and execution, the inn is just a beautiful place. The inn itself is newly renovated, and is just as pretty inside as out. Everyone who stayed there really enjoyed the rooms and guest experience. We can’t recommend this venue highly enough, and are so grateful we were able to have our wedding here! -

Beaverkill Valley Inn is such a gem! From the grounds, to the amenities, to the rooms, the food, and the staff, everything is just perfection.
We had our wedding here in September, and Kaitlyn, Cheryl, and the rest of the team were absolute stars and were there at every turn to help with anything we needed.
All our guests cannot stop raving about Chef Tommy's food! Even with quite a few food restrictions, they were able to accommodate all our requests and went above and beyond to make sure the food was safe for us.
It was so amazing to have most of our family and friends staying on site with us at the Inn, and we made so many unforgettable memories.
It could not have been a more perfect weekend! We can't wait to come back and visit. -

I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. When we were choosing our location we really wanted it to feel like a retreat from the city and have people just be able to hang out and enjoy the weekend together. That’s exactly what we got. Guests were able to relax on the porch, go for a swim, hike, and just completely be present for the weekend.
As a bride without a wedding coordinator they helped me smooth over anything I hadn’t thought of and provide suggestions to things. I worked closely with Kaitlyn leading up to the wedding and she knew my plans quite well. On the day of I was trying get everything together and it was getting late so Kaitlyn just told me to go get ready and she put finishing touches together. It was perfect. I spilt on my dress and the staff acted so quickly and spot treat it that you would never know.
Lastly dinner was phenomenal - our guests still comment on it. In fact they frequently mention it as one of their favorite weddings. And it’s truly a gorgeous place for photos!
Whether you are having a big tented upscale wedding or a smaller more intimate gathering BVK Inn is the most charming spot around. We just went back with a babe for a two year anniversary trip! -

Beautiful wedding experience all around
Working with the Beaverkill Valley Inn was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff made various recommendations about tested and vetted vendors for everything including tent company, florist, transportation, shuttles, etc. We used most of their preferred suppliers and were thrilled with all of them. Additionally, we used their recommended wedding planner to assist and we couldn't have been more pleased. She helped us scout the perfect band and photographer, and was an essential part of making sure all was on track the month before and on the wedding day. The day of the wedding was flawless. Three years later guests are still talking about the food, menu and pprofessional service. Equally important was the beautiful pastoral setting and kindness of the entire staff which insured a relaxed and joyful weekend for everyone. -

My husband and I were married at the BVI in June 2021, and it was more perfect than we ever could have envisioned. Throughout the entire planning process, which included navigating the uncertainty of COVID, Kaitlyn and the entire staff at the BVI made us feel calm, excited, at-home and prepared for all the details that come with wedding planning. The setting and landscape are absolutely stunning, and created an atmosphere of serenity for us and our guests. You can honestly feel your BP drop the minute you pull onto Beaverkill Road and as a bride, that feeling was sustained throughout the entire process thanks to how much the staff at the BVI care and how effortlessly they handle the logistics. The food was above and beyond any wedding food we've ever tasted and is more comparable to a fine dining experience, and our guests are still raving about Chef Tommy's chicken 3 years later. The vendor recommendations made by the BVI were top notch and we had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were extremely professional and friendly, and every aspect of the experience had a personal touch which made us and our guests feel relaxed and ready for a good time. We regularly hear from friends about how much fun they had and how special the wedding celebration was for them, which is best feedback you could ask for. The entire day went smoothly and we wouldn't have changed a thing - we only wish we could do it all over again! -

Beautiful Venue with Supportive Staff
We had our wedding at the Beaverkill Valley Inn in June and we have nothing but positive feedback for this venue. The staff at the Inn was with us every step of the way- they went above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life (thank you, Diana and Kaitlyn!). Everyone who worked our wedding, from the front desk staff to the servers and bartenders, was so polite and hardworking- something we truly noticed throughout the night, as it completely put us at ease. We knew that our guests were so well taken care of.
Our guests were blown away by how beautiful the setting was and they could not stop talking about how delicious the food and cocktails were. Seriously, my husband's grandmother still mentions the chicken every time we speak to her on the phone (thank you, chef Tommy)!. A friend also texted the next day to say it was one of the best weddings he had ever been to, and by far the best venue.
Staying at the Inn with our closest friends was like a big slumber party and the front desk staff treated us like family. It was truly the perfect day for us and we are so grateful that we chose the Inn as our wedding venue. -

Beautiful venue, incredible staff
Mother of the bride perspective...We held a July 2023 wedding at the Beaverkill Valley Inn. The natural beauty of this place is not to be believed, it is remote without being too far from everything. The Inn holds about 30 people, perfect for the bridal party and family...there is lodging within 20 minutes and Airbnbs for rent locally. Our ceremony was held next to the Beaverkill River with the sound of the water as our backdrop-could not have been more perfect. The Inn has a separate building which houses a gym, pool, basketball court and game room and a help yourself ice cream parlor! It was perfect for the after party! There are tennis courts and fly fishing - which is what this area of the Catskills is famous for-can be arranged on the world famous (to fly fisherman!) Beaverkill river. The gardens are planted with native plants that fit in perfectly with the landscape- very tastefully done. And the STAFF! we loved working with them. Inn Manager Kaitlyn and events planner Diana were gems-they worked seamlessly with our wedding planner. no detail was left unattended and they went totally above and beyond with their kindness and energy. Chef Tommy - wow. He and his staff turned out this amazing, locally sourced summer feast for our large group. We received so many compliments on the food. Could not Recommend more highly. -
