Based out of Pleasanton, California Beauty by Jessica Frese is a hair stylist and makeup artist at House of Cabelo Salon located in the heart of Pleasanton, California. Since beginning her career in the beauty industry in 2008, she's had the pleasure of working television, photo shoots, wedding and other special events. Originally from the Bay Area, however, moved to Los Angeles for cosmetology school. After graduating from Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy, she decided to start a family and move back to her hometown. She is passionate about the overall beauty industry and regularly attends advanced educational classes. She is active in the beauty community as well as social media. She is always on top of the latest trends and styles and while she enjoys her work-what she loves most is making an impact in her clients lives.
