Colleen made the most beautiful, most incredible, most decadent and most delicious wedding cake I have ever tasted in my life. I had told her that I loved the layered vanilla coconut cake from my favorite steak house in NYC (Smith and Wollensky) and she not only recreated it to perfection, it was actually far better and more delicious than the famous cake they have! I am in awe of her creations and I could not have asked for a more perfect finale to my wedding. Thank you so much. 10/10.

Colleen customized our wedding cake with a delicate design in the frosting and fresh flowers, so it made a statement. Vanilla, with vanilla icing and a chocolate mouse inside, it was so delicious to eat. Everyone enjoyed it! Colleen is so easy to work with, so talented and so professional.
