All-in-all, they were good. My only criticism is that we felt very rushed early on in the process. They weren't too patient with first-time renters like us but in the end, they delivered what they said they would and they did it on time.

I honestly don't know where to begin. The only reason I'm giving them one star is because they gave me a full refund. I spent a year and a half planning and designing my dream wedding. I picked a color scheme and based my entire decor off of that scheme. EVERYTHING at my wedding was shades of coral with gold accents. My bridesmaids wore coral dresses with gold jewelry, my place cards were gold glitter, even my invitations were coral and gold. I ordered almost 200 GOLD chiavari chairs from Baystate. After my ceremony my now husband and I peered down from the balcony to look into our ballroom...my heart dropped. What did Baystate deliver... SILVER CHAIRS! This was so very disappointing and I'm reminded of this awful service every time I look at my pictures and watch my video. I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone! Very disappointed bride!!!!
