The service was excellent and we had plenty of food! They are one of the cheapest caterers in town but their food is very tasty. The seafood pasta was delicious but we found a few tails mixed in which really grossed out a few people when they bit into them.

The food was great! When we went for the tasting everyone was so nice, and they even gave us all the left overs from the tasting to take home. They were very flexible and willing to change the menu to suite my any desire. The only 2 complaints I have: There were several times when I went to the food table and there were empty dishes. When I asked them about this they said the elevators were jammed and they had lots of food downstairs but were having trouble getting it up. While I can understand this, they needed to figure out a way to solve this problem (maybe stairs). The other complaint I had was that while I was riding up the elevator before the reception waitresses from Bayou Bistro were giving out lots of MY food to random people on other floors and in the elevators. I had several guests tell me this same thing. Made me wonder if the issue with the elevators was really due to the loss of food on the way up the elevators... None the less, the food was amazing and the problems I experienced was probably just from immature, bottom-level workers because the managers seemed very professional.
