Facilities & Capacity
With eight unique event spaces and two ballrooms totaling 7,500 square feet, Baymont Inn & Suites can accommodate weddings of up to 500 guests. Flexible to your needs, smaller weddings and intimate rehearsal dinners are also welcome. Baymont Inn & Suites can provide up to 122 oversized guest rooms to meet any accommodation needs.
Services Offered
As soon as you are officially booked, Baymont Inn & Suites' staff and planning experts will begin working with you to help plan and coordinate your dream wedding reception. Baymont Inn & Suites offers onsite cermony space and seating at no extra charge. Baymont is flexible to your needs, outside vendors are always welcome, though Baymont Inn & Suites is happy to recommend or refer you to the Inn’s preferred vendors. A shuttle is available for any transportation needs, in addition to free parking for your guests. All event spaces are wheelchair accessible.
Cuisine
Baymont Inn & Suites' chefs are happy to serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'oeuvres, or any other dishes you desire. An in-house bar and a variety of dessert options are also available. Every wedding catering package includes the cost of tastings, set up, clean up, chinaware, glassware, linens, servers, and tables and chairs. Gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian, and vegan guests can be accommodated.
