About

DoubleTree by Hilton is Fargo Moorhead's premier venue for weddings and events. The flexible meeting space features 5700 square feet of event space. Smaller meeting rooms are available for showers and gift opening. A full-service conference center is your one-stop-shop for your big day!

The Grand Ballroom with its extra high ceilings and colored LED lighting is the perfect backdrop to the theme you choose for your special day. Spacious pre-function space can be utilized to greet your guests and a full-service bar with access from both the pre-function space and the interior of the Ballroom is available.

What makes events at the DoubleTree by Hilton even more special is the exquisite food offered by our chef. We will work with you to tailor a menu unique to your event. We can do anything from a simple taco buffet to a lobster and steak dinner and everything in between.

We also are located in the center of two hotels. The DoubleTree by Hilton and the Homewood Suites by Hilton. The Homewood offers extended-stay amenities such as a full kitchenette in the guest rooms. This includes a full-sized fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Whereas the DoubleTree side has a full-service restaurant that serves breakfast and Dinner as well as a full-service bar that opens at 4 pm daily.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: Our diligent property team, as well as corporate Hilton hotels, have put forth a very detailed and thorough list of cleaning procedures to ensure your event is safe and comfortable. Our staff members are required to wear masks at all times in event spaces and public areas. We also require our guests to wear their masks in public spaces. Event space requirements are up to the discretion of the group renting the venue. We have taken extra precautions and wipe down our high-volume touch-points multiple times a day and have hand sanitizer stations readily available in our venue. We are doing our best to ensure a safe and happy event!

A great venue to work with!

I enjoy doing weddings at the DoubleTree. They are easy to work with and have a nice space that can be customized to your special day!

The only thing I would want to share is that the buffet serving seemed to be really rushed, which I think maybe made people feel rushed and not want to go up for seconds.

From the start of our wedding planning, catering managers and staff at Doubletree by Hilton have all been so nice an accommodating!! Weddings are super important to a couple as it is only once in a lifetime so everything needed to be perfect. I can surely say, it's never fun to work with a bride and groom that has many questions and we felt we were them!! But we had questions answered back to us promptly and Sally, the sales manager was very nice and accommodating to our needs. She worked with us and helped us get what we wanted for our wedding. We couldn't ask for better service.
The day of our wedding, staff members were so nice and welcoming to our guests. Came to us to make sure things are going well. Our wedding reception went smoothly. It was beautifully set up and the room was spacious. We had compliments from all our wedding guests that the food was great! Totally would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a great reception to get married in!

It was a great experience to work with Sally! She was very personable, and quick to respond to any questions or messages that were left for her. Our wedding guests loved the venue, and we received many compliments regarding the food. We gave our guests the option of steak or chicken for supper. Highly recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton!! Thanks again for making our special day amazing!

Large space and good food

We fell in love with the ball room the first day we saw it! Beautiful space and great size for what we thought would be a 300 person wedding. When final guest count gave us 220, we were excited to not have to move any tables for the dance floor. There was plenty of space for our guests to move through tables when seated or when tables were empty.
The staff was wonderful in helping us set up our space, though we did run into a couple hiccups. First, three tables were not served cake, which is frustrating. Second, only one bartender showed up, meaning our guests encountered long lines to get our hosted beer and wine.
Overall we were very happy to be able to bring in our decor, the food was delicious, and the space was great.
