We are able to customize just about anything to make your wedding as special as you two! Leave the details to us as you two enjoy one of the best days of your lives with your family and friends. We include rehearsal dinner discounts, discounted room blocks for your guests, complimentary Honeymoon Suite for the newlyweds, and a complimentary gift opening room. We handle it all from start to finish, worry free! We even have an Outdoor Courtyard for a beautiful on-site ceremony.

The Food

We have an incredible menu with favorites such as the Tender Beef Medallions and Stuffed Chicken with Chardonnay Cream Sauce. Our fantastic chef would love to create a custom menu to fit any budget or idea. Some of our favorite custom wedding menus have included Breakfast-for-Dinner, Taco Bar, and a Mac & Cheese Buffet! We also have a great menu for late-night snack options like housemade pizza, cocktail sandwiches, or our locally known hot wings to help keep your guests on the dancefloor all night long.

The Venue

Our Heritage Ballroom features soft glowing dimmable lights to create a welcoming ambiance upon entering. Think of our ballroom as a blank canvas that you can decorate to fit your personal style. We offer complimentary use of our backdrop with two customizable colored uplights. We also offer chair cover rentals and chair sash rentals to help make decorating a breeze. We have a large variety of colored linen napkins that we offer complimentary to coordinate with your colors. Our ballroom has a large dancefloor ready for your guests to celebrate all evening long.

The Bar

Whether you want just a glass of celebratory champagne or to enjoy your favorite keg beer, we have many options for you! We supply a cash bar with our friendly bartenders right in the ballroom for a convenient quick stop for your guests. Also stocked with non-alcoholic options, our cash bar has many different drink varieties & options to keep everyone happy. We can even customize it to include your & your fiancé’s favorite beverages!

Already have a venue? We would still love to help make your day even more special! We offer off-site food & bar catering, discounted room blocks & shuttles, rehearsal dinners, and bridal showers! We travel within Bismarck-Mandan and often to local cities like McKenzie, Lincoln, and New Salem! Our team has experience catering events up to 1,500 people, at all types of venues! We do offer 5% discount for Wedding Wire couples and we are looking forward to talking with you about the delicious options we can cater for you!
