Bavarian Bierhaus is a venue just outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, specializing in German-style weddings and events. This charming property is nestled on a 14-acre site near Port Washington Road and I-43 in Glendale, WI. The Bavarian Bierhaus accommodates groups of 50 to 400 for indoor occasions and up to 4,000 for events in their private park and outdoor pavilion. Proudly rooted in German tradition, they have everything you need for a Bavarian-style wedding with plenty of flexibility to add your personal touches. Their attached and multi-level outdoor patio is a unique and popular spot for ceremonies to exchange vows before your loved ones. After you tie the knot, you can make your way to one of their various function rooms for a celebratory dinner reception. The largest event area is a Bier Hall and Brewery featuring vaulted high ceilings and wooden bench tables laid out banquet style. We already loved Bavarian Bierhaus for their events, amazing food, and great beer. We always have fun so when we found out we could rent their Great Hall for our wedding reception, we couldn't pass it up. Becca was so easy to work with. She worked within our budget to provide us with absolutely everything we could have asked for. Our wedding was amazing and our guests had a blast. We even danced, drank, and took pictures in the park outside during Oktoberfest. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding.

Magical Oktoberfest Wedding!

Simply Amazing!
Becca and the team at the Bavarian Bierhaus were absolute lifesavers when our original venue was not able to host us due to Covid restrictions. They made sure our plans were transferred over as gracefully as possible and ensured our day was even more special. Not only was the location perfect with ample parking, tons of space, and various options, but the experience was so enjoyable due to the amazing staff. Becca was constantly checking in making sure we had the best time which is often overlooked and helped with all of the day of timeline and any issues that arose. All of our guests unanimously agreed it was the best wedding they had been to due to the beautiful patio ceremony, large bar, excellent staff, ample dance floor, and fest table seating. I cannot recommend Bavarian Bierhaus enough to any bride or groom wanting a unique wedding!

Top Quality Food, Drink, and Especially Service!
The Bavarian Bierhaus was a perfect fit for us!
Their venue can accommodate any wedding size from 100 guests to 400+ guests. One of their spaces, the King Room and attached bar, was the perfect area for our wedding reception. The elegant German lights and decor helped make the night memorable.
The authentic German food options were incredible! The Bierhaus worked within our budget. We were VERY pleased with the food! It came out hot, fresh, and on time! Our guests loved dinner but especially raved over the Bierhaus's desserts.
All the beer served from the bar is brewed on-site, and delicious! The full-service bar was able to offer all guests any drink of their choice without breaking the bank.
Above all, the factor that sets the Bavarian Bierhaus apart from all other venues is its staff. The bartenders, waiters, and cooks all went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. Our event coordinator, Becca, was easy to work with and extremely helpful. It's easy to see how much she cares for her couples as she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just to our liking. We knew it was the perfect fit at our first meeting!
We'll remember our wedding day at the Bierhaus forever. It will always hold a special place in our hearts!

Amazing Staff, fun venue
The staff is what made this place extraordinary! Becca and her team of servers, bartenders, and set up crew went above and beyond for us in every single aspect from food, timelines, to set up, and they were all so much fun to work with! Her personal touches made our day that much more special and we could not have done it without her. The food was delicious and of good value. The space was beautiful and clean. The venue is fun for many different photo opportunities! Money well spent!

Amazing Experience
My husband and I are pretty laid back people and didn’t know the first thing about planning a wedding. We were interested in Bavarian because of the food and overall vibe, but what really sold us was the event coordinator Becca. She is honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She made the process so easy for us. When Covid hit, the wedding planning process became even more confusing, but Becca continued to reassure us and help us with anything we needed. This girl works SO HARD!! Our wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed it would be. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. Definitely consider Bavarian Bierhaus for your wedding!

Best Day of Our Lives
Our wedding was the best day of our lives and we wouldn't have held at any other location than the Bavarian Bierhaus. From the very beginning to the end of the celebration, the staff treated us like the only people that mattered, communicated extremely well and made the day into the most wonderful experience of a lifetime. We also were fortunate enough to meet two other couples celebrating their respective anniversaries at the same location, further emphasizing what a great choice we made and how special the Bierhaus is to wedding couples!

Our perfect day
I met Becca at the world of weddings bridal show at the state fair grounds. She was there representing the Bavarian Bierhaus. We decided to meet with her a couple weeks later to talk about our potential event there. I can tell you with 100% honesty that every promise she made to us at that meeting about our wedding was kept.
Becca responded to my many neurotic emails within 1 day every time. She got to know us as we met time after time to talk and try different food and drinks. She truly tried to understand who we were so that she could give us the wedding we wanted and help comfort us along the way.
The day of the wedding, one of our other vendors made a big mistake that could have greatly affected the wedding ceremony we had in the King Room. Becca dealt with it within minutes and I did not have to lift a finger.
Our day was perfect. Our guests were so impressed with the food and the ambiance in the Tap Room where we had a lot of drinks and a lot of laughs. We loved it too. Becca silently floated through the party all night to ensure that everything went perfectly and it did.
I can sincerely say that my husband and I miss meeting with Becca. We love the Bavarian Bierhaus more than we already did knowing we had the best day of our lives there- and it was perfect.
