Having our wedding at the Bavarian Bierhaus was the best decision we could have made! From start to finish, Becca went above and beyond to make our day incredible. She was always available to talk, make all accommodations, even take last minute appointments. She listened to our needs and was able to help us financially meet our budget. Furthermore, Becca's staff understood what we wanted for our wedding atmosphere. The venue, the staff, and the meal, were all top notch. We could not be more appreciative of Becca and the staff's efforts. We can say with confidence our wedding day was perfect. The Bierhaus is a venue we will always recommend and frequent in the future. -

Our perfect day
I met Becca at the world of weddings bridal show at the state fair grounds. She was there representing the Bavarian Bierhaus. We decided to meet with her a couple weeks later to talk about our potential event there. I can tell you with 100% honesty that every promise she made to us at that meeting about our wedding was kept.
Becca responded to my many neurotic emails within 1 day every time. She got to know us as we met time after time to talk and try different food and drinks. She truly tried to understand who we were so that she could give us the wedding we wanted and help comfort us along the way.
The day of the wedding, one of our other vendors made a big mistake that could have greatly affected the wedding ceremony we had in the King Room. Becca dealt with it within minutes and I did not have to lift a finger.
Our day was perfect. Our guests were so impressed with the food and the ambiance in the Tap Room where we had a lot of drinks and a lot of laughs. We loved it too. Becca silently floated through the party all night to ensure that everything went perfectly and it did.
I can sincerely say that my husband and I miss meeting with Becca. We love the Bavarian Bierhaus more than we already did knowing we had the best day of our lives there- and it was perfect. -

Becca is awesome!
Becca was an awesome event planner to work with. She was responsive, easy going and hard working to make our special day nice. We would definitely recommend to have anyone have an even here including a wedding! -

The Bavarian Bierhaus was a perfect fit for us!
Their venue can accommodate any wedding size from 100 guests to 400+ guests. One of their spaces, the King Room and attached bar, was the perfect area for our wedding reception. The elegant German lights and decor helped make the night memorable.
The authentic German food options were incredible! The Bierhaus worked within our budget. We were VERY pleased with the food! It came out hot, fresh, and on time! Our guests loved dinner but especially raved over the Bierhaus's desserts.
All the beer served from the bar is brewed on-site, and delicious! The full-service bar was able to offer all guests any drink of their choice without breaking the bank.
Above all, the factor that sets the Bavarian Bierhaus apart from all other venues is its staff. The bartenders, waiters, and cooks all went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly. Our event coordinator, Becca, was easy to work with and extremely helpful. It's easy to see how much she cares for her couples as she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is just to our liking. We knew it was the perfect fit at our first meeting!
We'll remember our wedding day at the Bierhaus forever. It will always hold a special place in our hearts! -

The staff is what made this place extraordinary! Becca and her team of servers, bartenders, and set up crew went above and beyond for us in every single aspect from food, timelines, to set up, and they were all so much fun to work with! Her personal touches made our day that much more special and we could not have done it without her. The food was delicious and of good value. The space was beautiful and clean. The venue is fun for many different photo opportunities! Money well spent! -

Becca and the team at the Bavarian Bierhaus were absolute lifesavers when our original venue was not able to host us due to Covid restrictions. They made sure our plans were transferred over as gracefully as possible and ensured our day was even more special. Not only was the location perfect with ample parking, tons of space, and various options, but the experience was so enjoyable due to the amazing staff. Becca was constantly checking in making sure we had the best time which is often overlooked and helped with all of the day of timeline and any issues that arose. All of our guests unanimously agreed it was the best wedding they had been to due to the beautiful patio ceremony, large bar, excellent staff, ample dance floor, and fest table seating. I cannot recommend Bavarian Bierhaus enough to any bride or groom wanting a unique wedding! -

Amazing Experience
My husband and I are pretty laid back people and didn’t know the first thing about planning a wedding. We were interested in Bavarian because of the food and overall vibe, but what really sold us was the event coordinator Becca. She is honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She made the process so easy for us. When Covid hit, the wedding planning process became even more confusing, but Becca continued to reassure us and help us with anything we needed. This girl works SO HARD!! Our wedding was everything we could have ever dreamed it would be. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. Definitely consider Bavarian Bierhaus for your wedding! -

A wedding venue your guests will remember forever!
This is such a unique wedding venue space! Our guests raved about the amazing food (so much better than regular wedding food options) and the even better beer. Becca and her team were able to accommodate all of our needs, including installing extra coat hooks for the winter weather and rearranging the whole hall to give me an aisle to walk down. We were able to have both the ceremony and the reception in the gorgeous vaulted beer hall. The atmosphere was perfect for our reception and the dance floor was packed until midnight. Bonus: Becca is amazing as a day-of coordinator and so fun to plan with! -

I can't say enough how impressed I am with Becca and Bavarian Bierhaus for our wedding reception!
Becca was our amazing coordinator and she did a fabulous job of communicating with us the entire wedding process. Even when there were some unexpected changes Becca was able to help take care of them and did so with great organization and left me feeling confident that nothing would go wrong at the reception. Her cheer and energy at the reception was contagious and my husband and I loved having her be the one to help keep things running smoothly the entire time.
The food, bar, and service at Bavarian Bierhaus was great at our reception and we constantly get compliments on how great the food was and how the bartenders and staff were friendly, efficient, and brought out the food quickly. We loved the food at Bavarian Bierhaus, every option tasted delicious and it was so hard to just pick a handful of options for dinner. The options that we did decide on were beyond anyone's expectations and every guest was thrilled with their food.
We were so happy with our experience at Bavarian Bierhaus and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone we know. -

We already loved Bavarian Bierhaus for their events, amazing food, and great beer. We always have fun so when we found out we could rent their Great Hall for our wedding reception, we couldn't pass it up. Becca was so easy to work with. She worked within our budget to provide us with absolutely everything we could have asked for. Our wedding was amazing and our guests had a blast. We even danced, drank, and took pictures in the park outside during Oktoberfest. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. -

The Best Day(s)!
We discovered this place as a venue only 2 months before we started really looking for venues and once we were looking, and saw the dates available, what was included, and how everything could work, we knew we needed to book. Our experience with Becca and then Rachael was great! I was a little worried and stressed when a month after booking our wedding we learned that the coordinator we toured with would not be the one there on our wedding day, but Rachael was great and easy to work with. We had both the rehearsal, dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception all in the Kings Room at the Bierhaus in mid-May and it went so well - great weather helped! Food was good, service was friendly, the workers all really seemed to be trying to make the events go smoothly, and Rachael really worked with us to make sure we got as close to what we wanted with everything as possible.
From having a "Congratulations" sign on the big sign outside, to a small sign inside telling guests where to go, to having someone stand in the bathrooms to make sure the air hand driers didn't get used, it was great overall. Guests loved the different type of venue, food, and everything. Everything went amazing and I'm so glad we were able to have our wedding here, it will always be special to us now. -

Well Recommended
We had a great wedding venue at a reasonable price. Service on the day of the event was excellent. The guests were really impressed with everything. We're interested in having another event here soon. -
