Edward Anne Estate at Bavaria Downs

I had my wedding here within the last couple weeks. First off, what a beautiful location! I was absolutely in love with the building and space as soon as I visited it the first time. It was basically my dream venue.

The staff were so helpful! Not only did they provide us with vendors (as part of the package we used) that were prompt, helpful, kind, and patient, but the management staff we worked with were helpful and accommodating. And the cake from D'Amicos was *delicious*! I know I am supposed to save the cake topper, but we've already begun eating it because it's so good.

I would highly recommend working with this property to anybody looking for a fairytale mansion house for their wedding.

Edward Anne Estate exceeded my expectations on my wedding day. I felt so calm and confident leading up to the day because the staff was so amazing from start to finish. Ann Grant was fabulous to work with for the whole planning process and Leann and Sarah did an amazing job being day- of-coordinators. The staff was so helpful during the whole day of my wedding and made the whole day stress free. I wish I could go back to my wedding day already because I truly had the perfect day because of Edward Anne Estate and their staff! All of my guests had the best time and I cannot recommend this venue enough.

We can not say enough good things about the staff, the location, or the experience we had with our wedding at Edward Anne Estate. The location is breathtaking, with multiple places to hold a petite wedding to cover any weather or other contingency. While time is always short, the staff guided us thru it all without seeming like we were being pushed. And they all worked to help make the day special for all.

The Edward Anne Estate at Bavaria Downs was everything we could have wanted in a wedding venue and more. When we saw the photos of the estate online we knew it would be beautiful but when we toured it the first time and met the the people and saw everything first hand we knew it was the place for us.
The staff is amazing - from the beginning they are hands on with their couples and provide so many resources for vendors and general questions. They provide a day of coordinator as well which was really helpful leading up to and on the day of the wedding.
On our wedding day we had so many family members comment on how smoothly the Bavaria staff ran the day - they were so competent and it was evident throughout the whole day and evening. At the end of the night we really did feel like everything had gone perfectly and a large part of that was due to Bavaria Downs staff and their organization. Bavaria Downs allowed us to have the most picturesque winter wedding we could have imagined. The estate and ballroom went perfectly with the winter landscapes and we could not be happier with how our photos turned out.

The team at Bavaria Downs will make you feel like royalty from the moment you start planning with them. Not only is the venue one of the most beautiful spaces to host your event, everything you need is there. The getting-ready space was perfect for our wedding party to relax the morning of the wedding and have everyone in one place.

The planning process was a breeze. They thought of everything and made sure you didn’t miss a thing when it comes to the details of your wedding day. Every request was met with a welcoming smile and beautiful execution. Thank you Bavaria Downs for the most beautiful wedding day!

Our entire wedding experience was a dream come true thanks to the team at Bavaria Down's. The establishment was always in tip top shape every time we would visit. The vendors they use are exceptionally trained, skilled, friendly and polite. The talent is visible and you can be certain that they will take care of everything so that you can just relax and enjoy your day. Everything from the grounds to the furniture is naturally beautiful so not much else needs to be done when decorating. If I was to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing! I am still in awe of how perfect everything was and have been told from many people that it was the best wedding and venue they have EVER been to. Thank you for making our day so special we will treasure it until the end of time.

We did a petite wedding there and it was amazing. This was a downsize from our big wedding and it turn out beautiful.

We are SO grateful for everyone on the Bavaria Downs team for all they did (throughout the planning process and on the big day) to make our wedding such a wonderful experience! Our guests were as in awe of the stunning venue as we’ve been, coming up to us and our parents throughout the event to gush about the house and grounds, and our wedding party was blown away by the next-level getting-ready spaces!

Magical! Our wedding (regardless of covid) was a dream! From the staff to the venue, I couldn't have imaged a better place to get married. Helpful, efficient, attentive, I could go on and on. The venue itself was immaculate when we arrived and really was a private sanctuary just for us and our loved ones to celebrate. We dealt with a lot of changes and restrictions with covid and even working through the alterations, the team at Bavaria and D'Amicos really made all our worries go out the window! Thank you, Bavaria and D'Amicos for making our wedding day a dream come true and a Special thank you to Amanda, Moriah, Hannah Q and Hannah S for being so knowledgable, helpful, and kind throughout the enitre process and our wedding day! We will have the most beautiful memories of our wedding for the rest of our lives!
