I was a little disappointed in the size of my bouquet. It was smaller then we had discussed and some of the floweres werent as bright as I had wanted. The florist did tell me she was upset with the quality of the flowers and did apologize to me but this wasnt until a week later. This was my first "okay" experience with this boutique and Im hoping it was just a bad day or something.

I went in 6 months before my wedding and talked with a worker not only once but a few times before my wedding just to make sure everything was going good then about 3 Weeks I needed to change the color of my ribbon and the lady worker said that was fine and that she would even add a yellow flower in with the purple ones.note that from the get go told her my maid of honor would be there that Friday be for to pick the flowers up I have purchase 4 small flower bouquets and my big flower bouquet, 6 boutineers and 2 corsages I spent close to 200 ok dollars on all this.well that Friday came and my maid of honor went to pick up the flowers the lady had no idea what was going on they we not ready my maid of honor had to wait an hour for the lady to throw something together.when my maid of honor got them she left she sent me a pic of them and they were the most UGLIEST FLOWERS arrangement I have ever seen.note my wedding was in laughlin nevada I didn't know what to do my mom call that lady that works at this flower shop and asked if we could get a refund because we were not happy with there work and she wouldn't do it yelled at my mom called me a liar this place really ruined my special day. so I advice no 1 go there unless you want ugly flowers very UGLY UGLY UGLY FLOWERS I HAVE A PIC I WISH I COULD PUT UP HER..OH AND MY flower bouquet WAS smaller than mens flowers bootaneer.
