We hired Banquet Masters for our daughter's reception and the cocktail hour at Sunken Gardens (St Pete, FL) and they were amazing to work with. The food was exceptional and the service was wonderful. There were so many compliment about the food. Everything was delicious. The team was also wonderful to work with - from planning to the actual event - everything was perfect!

We met with Steve to check out this venue for our wedding reception and go over the details of the day. He got back to us immediately, was very flexible in setting up a time to meet with us. He was very friendly yet professional and accommodating and also very easy going - not very pushy or sales-ish. He was also very considerate to give us a very clear, detailed lay out of what are total costs would be. It is also right next to a hotel, great for guests that want to stay the night and not have to drive home!

The food was really good! The staff was helpful and friendly. When we were taking pictures while everyone else was at the cocktail hour, the staff came and brought my husband and I a plate of food and drinks for us to enjoy. The price is also very reasonable.

Venue was very affordable. The services were exactly what we wanted and, with the lighting we rented, looked beautiful

We had Banquet Masters as our off-site caterer. I don't even know where to begin. We got an incredible amount of compliments on the food. Everyone raved at how good it was! The service was fantastic. Steve was wonderful to work with. I really felt like he was interested in helping us get the most for our money. They are fantastic!!!

My husband and I are so pleased with the service we received for our 6/30/12 wedding. This hall is all about making you happy. They have excellent food, I have been craving their italian wedding soup since my wedding. Their service was amazing, if guests wanted their prime rib cooked more they did it with smiles, the drinks were always full, and they are quick! Our head helper, ( i forgot his name but I want to say Mark, I could by wrong ) was amazing. He made everything special for our big day. He even matched napkins with our decor. He was amazing and deserves to get a raise for his great service! Great hall GReat food we will use again.

Only suggestion is that the hall upgrades there decor a little, but that is such a small thing compared to their excellent service and quality of food.

We met with Steve which is the Manager of Banquet Masters and after our meeting with him we were so satisfied we even changed our wedding date to a date that they had available. Steve is very professional and very knowlegeable of the whole aspect of weddings and receptions.
Our wedding day our guest wouldn't stopped raving about the service and the food on our reception, not to mention their prices are very reasonable.
Steve was very accesible to us whenever we had any questions being that this was our first wedding for the both of us. We highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding

We had our wedding reception here on Jan 15,2011 and everything was perfect. The food was great all of our guests were really happy. The banquet room was perfect . There was plenty of room for everyone not crowded and was set up pefectly . Plenty of room on the dance floor. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Steve was great allowed me to have the room set up like i wanted it and they even helped set up the table centerpeices. The price is the best in town . Great Value. Oh and we had a cash bar and the drinks were really resonable and good. I recomend Banquet Masters to everyone !!!!

We used them off premises. Our guests said that the food was wonderful and I could not agree more. Steve was wonderful in helping to make sure everything went well. He was very flexible and was great with my requests. Would recommend them.

The reception hall was great for the price. The staff was very nice and kept everything flowing smoothly through the night. My only complaints would be the chair sashes I paid to have put on looked very messy and not professional and it was very hot just about everyone was coming up to us complaining how it was and we were not allowed to turn the air down past 78 apparently. But other than those two things Steve and the staff were great and the food was amazing!
