Hosting fairytale MICRO celebrations, Bannerman Castle is an enchanting wedding venue for up to 40 people situated on an island off the coast of Beacon, New York only 90 minutes north of NYC. Between natural waterfront views and the valley's spectacular landscapes, this romantic destination can provide a picturesque backdrop throughout your special day between the months of May - October.

Facilities

The island is run by the members of The Bannerman Castle Trust, Inc. is a which not-for-profit “Friends” organization of volunteers working with the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. The Trust is dedicated to bringing together resources and funding to stabilize the buildings on Bannerman Island, also known as Pollepel Island. The Trust aims to raise awareness and educate the public and government organizations on the value and history of the island while raising funds for repairing the island and creating a master plan to eventually stabilizing the structures. Their spaces include a breathtaking courtyard with beautiful gardens as well as clear views of the Hudson River and surrounding mountains. Your guests will be transported to the Island on a ferry boat.
