I started working with Ashley a year in advance going to her for hair color and cuts so she had a good idea of what would and wouldn't work for my hair. She wasn't afraid to say if something I liked wouldn't work because my hair was too thin or short. She also went out of her way to make ideas I liked work or suggesting things that I hadn't even though of like hair pieces. She was very accommodating when we changed locations where we were getting ready and made the trek out to the location very early in the morning so that she could work on the bridesmaids' hair as well. She was very good at listening to and implementing my ideas.
