Florencia is a genius! The cake was amazing! It tasted even better than it looked. I definitely had a vision in mind for my wedding cake, and Florencia really made my dreams come true. She color matched my wedding colors and accessories splendidly! I'm so grateful. Truly a wonderful experience all around. I cannot recommend her enough! The cake is so good, you'll want to get married all over again just to have more.

Florencia with Bake My Day came with my package for Heather's Glen and she was great! Wonderful personality, great tasting cakes and beautiful technique. Florencia at Bake My Day Cakes is wonderful! She's easy to work with, friendly and accessible. My wedding cake was included in my wedding package at Heather's Glen, so I didn't find Florencia on my own, but I would definitely buy her cakes again for future events. She offers so many flavors besides your standard white wedding cake, which is such a pleasant surprise because I don't like white cake. She even offers different flavors for the layers, so I chose tres leeches and lemon with raspberry filling. Delicious!! Florencia also made a divine chocolate on chocolate groom's cake with chocolate covered strawberries - Yum! I didn't get to eat near enough of it :) I used my parents' 50-year-old cake topper from their wedding. Florencia took great care of the heirloom, and surrounded it with flowers that matched our bouquets. She further customized the cake by adding a small ribbon around the base of each layer that matched the bridesmaid dresses. Such great attention to detail, and so accommodating of all these personalizations. Really helped make our wedding day special!
