Bill Baird did an excellent job of catering our wedding. He is an artist with food, we heard so many comments from our guests about the quality, taste and amounts of food. He stayed in contact with us about changes we made, and his people delivered impeccable service on the day of the wedding. Oh, and I will say it again, the food was the best I have tasted at any wedding. Thank you all at Baird's catering for giving our guests a special dining experience.

Bill and Baird's Catering were everything and more that my bride and I hoped for. We had a country barn wedding with confined/limited space for Bill and their staff, but they made everything work perfectly! We knew we were in for a treat after our taste testing, and our guests (190+) had nothing but amazing things to say about them and the delicious food and service!

They handled a cocktail hour with fruit, cheese, crackers, and highlighted with 3 amazing hors d'oeuvres (bacon wrapped scallops, bruschetta, and sweet and sassy meatballs). For the main courses we chose a buffet style with a pasta bar (cheese tortellini w/ tomato basil and penne pasta w/ vegetable primavera sauce), a chicken and vegetable stir fry station (amazing), and a carving station which was roast beef with au ju and horseradish sauce, garlic mash, and green bean almondine. Bill and his staff also handled the linens for us (tan went great with the rustic barn theme we went for), the cutting and serving of the cake/ice cream, and just went above and beyond for the entire night.

I'd recommend Baird's catering for any gathering small, or large such as our wedding. Extraordinary food, service, and organization. It was a true pleasure working with Bill and his staff - Thank you for everything.

Mr. Bill Baird and his team went above and beyond for my groom and I. Our wedding was fabulous and the food was so delicious!! From the carving station, to the beautifully displayed hors d'eourves, to the punch bowl, to the table linens matched perfectly to our color scheme... I can't say enough how wonderfully Bill Baird made our wedding a dream come true. It was amazing! I highly recommend Bill Baird!
